Dr. Loli Huang

You can call 100 times and you will be lucky if anyone ever answers or even calls you back. Over the past 2 years, this office has become one of the worst that I have ever been to (and I have had my fair share of incompetent doctors and offices). During *3* separate medical emergencies I’ve had over the past 2 years, I have been ignored, left to ration insulin, and essentially suffer for week(s) on end. I’ll be moving to a new endo after my most recent issue with getting my prescription sent out in a timely manner (again, after having 97/100 phone calls I have made about it ignored). I’d recommend anyone considering using this doctors office to explore elsewhere because they simply do not care about the patients.

I had a good experience with Dr. Huang. The staff was friendly, and Dr. Huang was thorough and explained things well. I would recommend her to others.

Horrible, I would give this place no stars but that’s not possible. I had an appointment at 3:15pm at this office. First I added the address to gps and it took me somewhere else because the address is incorrect . I got out my car walked around to see if I found the office , nothing. I called this office about 10 times no one picked up. I called my regular doctors office they tried calling no one picked up. I finally decide to google the place it came up with google . By the time I get upstairs to the office it’s now 330pm. At this point one of the very unprofessional employees ask me if I had an appointment. I tell her yes at 315 and explain everything to her. She tells me that when everyone is on the phone other phone calls don’t come through. That makes no sense since it’s a office and im sure there’s call waiting. Also that the doctor had left for the day it was only 15min past my appointment to which it wasn’t my fault that I was late. They could have called me to make sure I was going to make it to the appointment but nothing. She then tells me I could make a video call appointment here I’m thinking to myself is she serious. I ask her don’t I need blood work done? She tells me if I have recent blood work done from my doctors they could use that. I said well I’ve been waiting for this appointment for 2 months since you guys don’t have availability so that blood work would not be good. This is a horrible unprofessional office. She told me what I should do something about my health without giving me an explanation. Her bedside manner was horrible. Unfortunately she belongs to a group of other endocrinologists and one can't switch doctors for my reason, so I am going to another endocrinologist.

Dr. Huang is knowledgeable, caring and clearly explains things to me in an accessible manner.
