So kind, caring and thorough! Dr Krousgrill made us feel very comfortable and gave us as much time as needed to carefully assess my husband who had suffered cardiac arrest. We left feeling so hopeful and with a much better understanding of the trauma to his brain.

Seemed to be overbooked but did hear doctor had family emergency. Reception was very busy and it took ten minutes before she checked me out and gave me my paperwork. Others in office should cover phones when patients are checking in and out.

Dr. Krousgrill was amazing and very kind.

Everyone was very nice

Staff and Doctor was very attentive to my questions. Never once was I belittled for not recalling a date or information. The exam, was very thorough and made me feel confident in this doctor.

It was great because the physician actually spent time with me and talked to me about my problems.

My appointment was at 10:25 and I did not get out of the office until noon!! I was expecting to be back at work by noon that day. I waited a half hour out front and then basically 45 minutes in the room, for the doctor not to be in the room over 10 to 15 minutes. This is a little bit ridiculous to have to be at a check up for almost 2 hours with the majority of that time to be waiting, when the nurse told me that I was next to be seen!!! I understand talking to the patients and helping them to understand but maybe spread out the appointment times a little more so that the next patients aren't waiting as long. I like the doctor but definitely needs more time between patients...

The provider ordered a RX which has not been sent to the pharmacy as of 2 weeks now. I have sent 3 portal messages which are showing as read by staff; but no response at all or even acknowledgement of it being read.

I always have a great experience with my provider and Dr. Krousgrill is the best!!

Dr. Krousgrill was exceptional with her listening and caring. I have not been to her but twice but it was as I had been a long time patient.

Dr. Krousgrill, was one of the finest, most thorough and understanding Doctors I've ever seen. She truly cared about finding out what was wrong with me, and taking the right course of action to fix the problem. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you Dr. Krousgrill, I will forever be grateful!!

Excellent, Dr. Krousgrill took the time to understand my father's condition and what led up to our office visit. She was fully engaged and I felt that she always had my father's best interest at heart. Spent over 45 minutes at our initial visit to understand, teach and explaining her strategy on trying to determine the root cause of his issue. Highly recommended. A+++
