Dr. Gayle and his office staff are phenomenal and professional. The office itself is beautiful and clean and his staff are warm and available to meet your every need. I never post reviews online.However, I hope this will encourage folks to have faith in Dr. Gayle. The MOHS surgery on my face was more extensive than we anticipated and I needed a plastic surgeon to perform a flap surgery to close the wound. I had zero time to research the “right” surgeon and relied on my Dermotologist for a recommendation. He said, “If we can get Dr. Gayle, that would be amazing.” I relied on that recommendation. Then I had to be cleared for surgery. With trepidation, I asked my internist if he knew Dr. Gayle, and he said, ‘Don’t worry, the man is world class.” OK! But, though I felt in confident hands, it was Dr. Gayle himself who won me over in the consult. He actually listened. I could not be happier with the results, and his staff is nonpareil. I met Dr. Gayle, through a colleague of his at HSS and For anyone who is looking for the most compassionate, heartfelt and #10 doctor, I cannot emphasize enough, reach out to Dr. Lloyd Gayle. I am a confirmed believer for all he has done for me, physically and emotionally, you will not be disappointed. At no point did I ever feel doubtful in the surgeries he performed in repairing my leg. Cosmetic surgery is not always as simple as depicted in the media. I have learned that everyone heals differently. Although my recovery has come with challenges, I am totally satisfied with the final results of my procedures due to Dr. Gayle's great team. They are most professional and explain the potential outcomes and risks to be encountered at each stage of the process. I highly recommend him and his office to all looking for not only a great physical outcome but a great experience as well.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Gayle for not only his skill but his compassion throughout this incredibly difficult journey. Having lost my own mother to this disease when I was only seventeen years old, I lived in anticipation of and debilitating fear of this very diagnosis. To say that being diagnosed shook my world would be an understatement, but from the moment I met Dr. Gayle a sense of calmness took over. His patience and willingness to discuss, explain, and answer questions with any and all family members gave me a sense of peace and clarity. I was referred to Dr. Gayle through another doctor at Hospital for Special Surgery to see if anything could be done about the pain I was experiencing in my left earring hole, a pain I had been experiencing for 14 years. I called Dr. Gayle's office and James, a member of Dr. Gayle's office staff, promptly answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for me as soon as possible. When I arrived at the office, I was promptly checked in for my appointment, and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and fish tank in the office. At my first appointment, Dr. Gayle was sure to take the time and appropriate steps in order to rectify the issue I was having with my ear. He promptly scheduled a follow up meeting with me, in addition to referring me to an allergist to rule out any allergies to any metals I may be having. At my follow up appointment, following my appointment with the allergist, I was delayed a bit - but James, once again, demonstrated supreme customer service by offering to make me a cappuccino, with an sweet surprise of an added cookie. Dr. Gayle performed my breast reduction in 1998. He was recommended to me by my primary care physician to sew up by daughter's ear lobe. Dr. Gayle did a terrific job with my reduction; they are still holding up. Dr. Gayle is a very talented surgeon who is listed as one of the best in Castle Connelly. What makes him so special is that he is as nice as he is talented, which is a rarity these days. If I wanted more plastic surgery, I wouldn't go to anyone else. I had a good experience with Dr. Gayle performing CO2 laser treatment on my entire face. I had been considering it for almost a year and the office was very considerate answering all of my questions over a long time. The procedure itself was a bit uncomfortable but did not take long. Dr. Gayle's estimate of my healing-time was spot on. I am very pleased with the results. My skin appears much smoother and I definitely look a few years younger. Dr. Gayle was an angel sent to me by God! After having a battle with stage 4 Breast Cancer and undergoing several rounds of chemotherapy, a complete bilateral mastectomy and extensive radiation at such a young age- having normal looking breasts was something I was very nervous about. When first meeting with Dr. Gayle I had a feeling and a sense of calm and then I knew everything is going to be OK. He was a doctor that took my concerns into consideration and listened to my overall ideas of how I waned to look. Five stars is not enough to express how pleased I am with Dr. Gayle (and his team). I am very blessed to have been paired with Dr. Gayle on a scary and confusing journey with breast cancer. From the moment I met Dr. Gayle my faith was restored that it would be possible to go through this journey and come out complete. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and intelligent are just a few of the words that immediately come to mind. He is also very honest and discussed expectations vs realistic outcomes which was super important. Love Dr. Gayle. He listens to me and takes his time. I’ve seen him for botox injections and for removal of lipomas. Minimal scarring where he removed the lipomas. I highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Gayle by my PCP to remove several benign skin lesions. Given the number of lesions, surgery under general anesthesia was necessary. Dr. Gayle and his entire staff exceeded my expectations. They patiently answered all of my questions, presented various options, and were caring and professional every step of the way from consultation to post-op and scar minimization. The level of care that Dr. Gayle and his nurse Pam provide their patients is unsurpassed. Dr Gayles bedside manner is wonderful, and most importantly he is truly a genius. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. Other doctors offices should emulate this one.

Dr Gayle is an incredible surgeon and remarkable human being he treated my late wife Debra as she was his own sister. He came rushed to the hospital right off plane from vacation at 12 midnight and personally operated. My only complaint is the office wait time. I am very pleased with the results from my breast reconstruction surgery following a bilateral mastectomy. Dr. Gayle met my expectations regarding the breast results. He is not only professional, but also a perfectionist and personable. Dr. Gayle guided me through the multiple steps of the breast reconstruction surgery including breast size, nipples, tattooed nipples or no nipples.  My view and experience are that nipples provided me with the physical and psychological benefits of being whole again, not only for me, but I suspect my husband as well. I no longer need to wear a bra,  the upside from surgery and previously having large breasts and wearing underwire bras. My breasts are still substantial but, bras are strictly optional.  I strongly recommend Dr. Gayle for plastic surgery, you will be very satisfied and revitalized with your results. Dr. Gayle is very considerate and thoughtful and always explains options, pros and cons, potential side effects, and expected results. As far as results, they have been very positive, and I expect to continue seeing Dr. Gayle for many years to come. Dr. Gayle did reconstructive work on my leg after I've gotten into a bad accident and lost a lot of definition and fat from my leg. I was referred to Dr. Gayle a few years ago by my orthopedic surgeon and I have to say that I cannot imagine making me feel more comfortable and at east than Dr. Gayle and his lovely team. I've gone through several procedures and each time he and his team talked me through every step of the process and managed my expectations accordingly. Dr.Gayle is very kind and very honest, he has a great bed side manner and I couldn't be happier with the results. I realize that working on something like my case may not be the the most glamorous thing in the cosmetic medicine universe, but he approached it like it was the most important thing for me and provided me all the support that I needed. For over two years, I've had a problem with my leg that none of my doctors knew how to properly treat. I was fortunate enough to have been referred to him for this ongoing issue. He is an extremely caring Doctor. I have had two procedures with him and I am about to see him again. Most surgeons bedside manner is not that good especially when they are skilled.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gayle for the last five years after being diagnosed with breast cancer. He has done several surgery's on me. I can not be more thankful for all he has done for me. One of the most caring Dr.'s I have ever met , the best bedside manners and least to say he is an artist in his field. Dr. Gayle takes so much pride in what he does and being a breast cancer patient with a left mastectomy I must say he made me feel whole like a women again. Thank you so much!! XOXO

Dr. Gayle performed surgery on me nearly three years ago now, and I am still thinking of him and thanking him after all this time. A superlative doctor with an excellent bedside manner. I finally was able to get my wound issue resolved after decades of dealing with the problem. Before my tricky surgery, my husband asked Dr. Gayle to take good care of me. His response: "I will treat her as though she is my own ". And he did. I recommend Dr. Gayle without reservation !!

My experience with Dr Gayle over the last 10 years has been terrific. Not only is he a highly skilled surgeon he is also a kind and supportive doctor who really cares about his patients and makes each of them feel special.
