Dr. Lloyd Firestone

Doctor Firestone is so lovely! I loved how patient he was with my little one. He’s the real deal too (a true O.G.)! He uses his original instruments, which was so cool to watch. Being in his office made me feel like I was in Mayberry, or at my own grandfather’s house. He’s who we’ll be seeing indefinitely.

Good Dr, been going there for years

My wife and I have gone to Dr. Firestone for years and have always been treated great. He and his Staff have always been excellent! About five months ago, when everything was closing down because of COVID 19, I experienced a problem with one of my eyes. My wife called Dr Firestone and I got in to see him immediately. He checked my eye and recommended that I go immediately to an retina eye specialist that he highly recommended. And he contacted the retina eye specialist to let them know I was coming. Had Dr. Firestone not immediately opened his schedule for me or recommended the retina eye specialist, I would have lost sight I’m my eye. Thanks to Dr. Firestone I received great care and am on the mend. Because of my experiences with Dr. Firestone and those of my wife, I highly recommend Dr. Firestone! Excellent service. Dr. Firestone took his time and was through. This is like Optometrists used to practice 20+ years ago. For the past several years I've gone to more commercial places where an exam is quick and done. I'll recommend everyone to see Dr. Firestone for an exam. I didn't love the selection of glasses but was able to find a pair that's ok. I loved the TV in his waiting room. Excellent service. Dr. Firestone took his time and was through. Great place and an amazing staff.

Nice to have a thorough exam. Going back. He accepts Medicare for exam but Medicare don't cover glasses so maybe this time I can fill the RX somewhere. Great, friendly doctor

Doctor is good but have veru less equipment and few glasses.

The Doctor is excellent! His assistant gave me the wrong color frames! Its worth the visit despite my aggravation!

My sons had their eye exams and very happy with the doctor and staff. Dr. Firestone is patient, caring and knows what he's doing. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Worst place ever, receptionist is rude. Horrible customer service. Out dated equiptment, if you're looking for midevil treatment and glasses this is your place.

Love the Dr. Reasonable price on service. Frames assistant very knowledgeable about fit and value.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Firestone ever since we moved to the Tampa area over ten years ago. He is probably the best eye doctor we've ever gone to. He is very thorough. They have a wide selection of frames to pick from. His optician, Raymond, has been there ever since we've been going there and he is top notch as well. We highly recommend Dr. Firestone!

Dr Firestone is very good and very thorough. He truly cares about his patients eyes. The office is helpful, friendly and courteous. Positive experience all the way as a new patient. I'm giving a 5* rating high recommendation for Dr. Firestone. Old fashion owner operated practice is hard to find nowadays.
