Dr. Werner is a quack Dr! She is extremely rude and disrespectful. Speaks down to patients. Prescribes medications that are not for your conditions. When you shown concern or disagree with anything she will throw her medical degree in your face. Shes a horrible Dr. She wears a cross around her neck but has no desire to help you! She was an awful person to experience. I believe there is something terribly wrong with her. She arrived with an open look of irritation on her face and the way she spoke to me seemed like she thought I was a malingerer or a drug seeker or some kind of criminal. I never even got a chance to talk and definitely didn't even have the opportunity to have any medical records sent to her, yet she had a diagnosis. On top of that she told me that I looked psychotic...in a threatening tone. I explained to her that I had misplaced my meds and hadn't had them for three days and that I had just found out at 2:00 that morning that my dad had a stroke. My blood pressure was extremely high and I was on the verge of an anxiety attack but she read that as being psychotic? This took just a few minutes and she told me she wouldn't accept me as a patient. I still got billed the full amount for a mental health assessment I never got and I had to pay it. I went there about anxiety and depression from severe ADHD. She made me feel like scum. She was an awful person to experience. I believe there is something terribly wrong with her. Awful experience. One star is too many. Why does cleanliness of her office affect the rating as much as her actual qualities as a care giver? People shouldn't even go into her office or make appointments to see her. She gets the minimum rating from me. After all, I'm not reviewing to let people know that they hired a decent cleaning service or scheduler. I'm very reviewing to let people know to avoid her.

Dr. Werner is very arrogant. She doesn't listen to the concerns and needs of her patients. He reluctance to listen to my medicinal complaints led me to seek assistance from OSU Harding Hospital. She had me using the wrong medicine for several months, because she refused to understand the medicine wasn't a good fit. I would not recommend Dr. Lisa Werner to anyone. She is absolutely terrible.
