We first met Dr. Thomas about 10 years ago. From the very first visit to now, she has been a crucial person for our eye related matters. She started seeing me and my husband for our annual eye check. And now even our child also gets the annual eye check done there as well. She is soo amazing a person, very loving, kind and caring. She is soo patient and spends time with each of us to explain everything in depth...another amazing thing is the quality of eyewear we picked from there...it’s durable, high quality and the best!!! We live an hour away from her office but we still make it a point to drive all the way to her clinic.. What an awesome experience! It was my 10 yr old daughters first visit and in her two years of visiting eye doctors this was the first doctor that she liked and was totally comfortable with! All the staff were welcoming, the examination was stress free, which included a no puff glaucoma test! My 10 yr old ALWAYS feared that particular test and Dr. Thomas's office removed that fear! And last but not least the frames were gorgeous.(and I am VERY picky) all of the frame selections were so nice it was hard to choose from! Overall, I would give Dr. Thomas a 10 star if I could. Dr. Lisa is awesome. Took my baby there to get her eye examined. The good doctor was very good with us, she made it such a comfortable and smooth process. Now my little baby wants to be an "Eye Doctor" when she grows up she says.

This doctor drove 2 hours into town on a Sunday to save my eyes on an emergency call without even having me as a patient. I know, that sounds a little dramatic, right? When I had a slight case of pinkeye a few Saturdays ago (6.1.18 to be exact), I went to a Walgreens Minuteclinic the next day. They gave me some eye drops and sent me home. 2 days later my eyes were worse, I went to a HEB clinic, thinking that maybe I could get something stronger. They gave me stronger antibiotics, and sent me home. However, by Saturday my left eye was completely sealed shut, and my right eye was barely able to open. So, naturally I asked my girlfriend to drive me to an emergency room at Memorial Hermann downtown (the big one with lots of doctors in it). They told me to go home and sleep it off, despite the fact I was taking 1 Advil an hour to stand the pain in my eyes. My girlfriend didn't like that answer, so she called every optometrist she could find until one picked up (she called ~20-30 places). It was Dr. Thomas' emergency hotline, who drove in 2 hours from out of town on a *Sunday* to see me because she recognized the symptoms of what I had. My left cornea had been scraped aside (!!!!) by a membrane under my eyelids caused by the virus, and if she hadn't come into town then I would likely have permanent damage in my left eye, if not have lost it completely. (that's not to mention the fact that my right eye was worsening and would have had the same fate!!) Go to this wonderful lady, she's the hardest working sweetest optometrist in Houston, and she deserves your business. The front desk billingual employee is very rude and unprofessional, even when I called over the phone she was very unpleasant. Came in to ask about to ask about Eyewear and just felt like they didn't want to help not a welcoming atmosphere.

Dr. Thomas is an exceptional and very attentive ophthalmologist. She treats her clients with respect and is very knowledgeable when it comes to her profession. She takes very good care of my sons eyes who has a stigmatism. Her favorite patient????

Dr. Thomas is attentive - very in tuned to her patients. The level of care and genuine concern is exceptional. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Wait time is short and the large selection of eye wear will meet your needs. Thank you Dr. Thomas and staff for creating a pleasant environment for your customers.
