Dr Markman was great, she was kind and compassionate and made my child feel at ease.
Dr Markman was great, friendly, kind and warm. Very thorough and answered all questions while being compassionate and making my child feel at ease and relating to her.
Dr. Lisa Markman was very condescending and rude. I have a 1 year old and 11 year old. My oldest have been going to IHA since birth, never had a problem with any provider, ever. I will never ever go back to see her. She was dismissive and wouldn’t let her take care of my cat.
Experienced a classic case of implicit bias with Dr. Lisa R Markman. I requested my daughter be tested for Vitamin D deficiency. The Dr. refused my request. Without performing any type of diagnostics, Dr. Markman stated my daughter was "absolutely" deficient (because she's Black) and that I should buy an otc supplement. I sent a letter to IHA corporate with my complaint. I had a consultation with a different doctor. Labs were ordered. Turns out my daughter was NOT deficient after all.
