Dr. Lisa Marie Maccormack

arrived at parker adv hosp--on a friday nite abt 10pm-- tho i did not show signs of a stroke --she figured it out and got the tpa and cleared the blood vessel --IT WAS A STROKE --a sneaky one--- many thks to dr maccormack --she knows what she is doing !!!

Acute pain. Entered Parker Adventist Hospital at 11pm, where i met Dr MacCormack. She was extremely helpful and I found her very informative and a strong desire to help me along with the entire staff at Parker. She Quickly diagnosed my issue and immediately took steps to start proper care. Upon affirmation of her professional assumption with test results as to what the problem was, she started treatment. Seeing this would be a multiple day care plan, she strongly her pears that an in hospital stay was required. She continued to provide updates on all tests and the status of my issue and what a care plan might look like. She came in 3-4 times to provide excellent communication about status. At 4 am i was moved to the floor in hospital and the excellent of the doctors, nurses, and staff was continually experienced for my 4 day stay. She is clearly a 5 star doctor.

She is extremely knowledgable and explained everything. She was very kind and listened. I am so glad she was the doctor on duty.

Left in a room in the emergency department for over 2 hours with an IV running. Many staff walked by, but no one bothered to ask if I was ok. I had maybe 15 minutes face to face time with her during the entire time I was there and then received a bill for $878.00. Many errors made in my medical record. Lab tests were ordered that were medically unnecessary. Billing office is impossible to work with, no discounts for those with no insurance and on a very limited income.
