On Time, takes a complete history, an appropriate exam, and formulates a cogent and complete plan, then questions me to make sure I understand the plan and options available if the problem does not improve. All of this done in a friendly atmosphere. her billing is more than fair, and altho she is not your main physician in the hospital, sees you at no fee and discusses your case with the hospital team.

Dr. Capaldini is, hands down, THE BEST Doctor I've ever had. By the second visit to her office I knew that i'd found the best Doctor I could ever hope for. In addition to being a good fit for me she is a true friend and I look forward to my visits with her and we generally find something to laugh about. I have been a patient of Dr. Capaldini's for over 15 years. She has seen me through many illnesses, acute and chronic. She helps in every way she can, she is open to ideas brought by patients and is knowledgeable about all of them and how likely they are to help or not help my conditions. It is easy to make an appt. with her, her staff is great. Not a negative thing to say about her practice.

We’ve moved all over the US & have had many GPs. Dr. Capaldini is, without doubt, the best! Knowledgeable, approachable, caring & accessible. You’d be fortunate to have her as your PC physician.

Lisa is, without hesitation, the best doctor I have ever been advised by; Even when I lived in Asia I would fly back to San Fran for appointments. She is brilliant, reads up on all the literature of multiple disciplines and disease states, takes time with every patient, is gracious, honest, etc. She is a rare find for anyone seeking a long term General Practitioner. Well I just called to see if the doctor was in and I know it's early, but it's 9:01 and I need a new doctor! The woman who answered said they're not in yet until 9.... Um it is 9, but then she hung up!!!!

I was fortunate to have Lisa as my doctor when I found a lump on my breast in 2007 and went through a lumpectomy, chemo and radiation. All my medical journey was sent to Lisa because I knew she was the anchor to all that I was going through. I trusted her and boy was I rewarded. Dr. Lisa Capaldini is the most caring doctor I've ever had.

She is an excellent Doctor! She is the only doctor I have found that actually truly cares about YOU as an individual person and follows through. The health care system in the US is broken and patient contact is avoided at all costs. Dr Capaldini listens and takes the time to care for your illness. I wish there were more doctors like her. Most have forgotten we a human beings with a life and a life story. We are not just a number or a patient. God bless her! She is an excellent Doctor!
