Dr. Lancaster performed a surgery on me several years ago. I have a very rare lung disease and have very specific protocol that has to be followed regarding my care. He refused to call my specialist, did not do any research on my condition, and was horrible to my family when they asked questions. Very nice manners and thorough in explaining procedure and outcomes. Definitely recommend him to others.

My experience with the Dr was very minimal. I was in his office for about 10 minutes. Long enough for him to tell me what I was describing to him sounded like I needed to see a different doctor but to order an ultrasound to be done on my legs. He told Stacy at the desk to set it up. After over a month passed and me telling them twice that I was waiting for an appointment she finally brings me back into the office to see their girl there, because they kept forgetting. The test was done and I called them back two days later for the results. They were there but Stacy had misplaced them. She calls me back and reads them off to me and says I can either monitor the situation with them or my doctor. I told her I had an appointment with my doctor and asked if she could email the results to me so that I could have them when I went to see him. She assured me she would send them, that was on a Thursday. Tuesday rolls around and still no email so my husband calls and she proceeds to tell him all of the personal issues that happened to her that prevented her from doing her job correctly. Told him she would send them that day. I called back because it was nearing closing time and she "promised" she would send them before 4:45 when they closed. Well 4:45 rolls around, no email. This is the most unprofessional, incompetence I have ever seen from a doctors office staff. At this point, I was stressed and concerned already and she deliberately kept my results from me. I guess she finds it funny to interfere in patient care. I didn't go see the doctor because I had nothing else better to do. I have a medical issue and his help neglects his patients. Do not go to this office.

My grandmother had lung surgery at summit by Dr Lancaster. She is 85 and can not see and is now needing assistance to do standard day to day while she recovers. She has to have oxygen. The office when asking how they can help immediately was repetitive in their answers not giving a why and when asked who was the referring physican was hung up on. When calling back days later after speaking to the home health nurse who stated my grandmother does not have the endurance to make the journey and asking the RN to call for a work around maybe with Oncology they stated I was yelling the other day when I simply was asking for help. When families are in distress the supporting roles should not be disputing or hostile. Hanging up is not professional and shows immaturity in being able to handle a difficult situation which Healthcare is full of. If you have a choice I wouldn't want to deal with this office that lacks empathy and heart.Stacey who work the phones are fully disagreeable and shouldn't be in the Healthcare division. If I could give 0 stars I would, had a surgery done and it didn’t fix the issue and now no other surgeon can fix it because it was done INCORRECTLY. Now nobody can fix it

He really doesnt seem interested in you or how you are doing. Didnt even check my bloodpressure. Check my pulse with his hand and said everythinkg ok ?? Just got outta er with very high blood pressure but didnt seemed concerned whatsoever.

Dr. Lancaster performed triple bypass surgery on my husband and we are so thankful for this professional, experienced and caring doctor. He at all times showed concern for my husband and myself. Always asking if there was anything he could do for us and took the time to answers any questions we had. Kept us updated on what was going on at all times and and ensured my husband was receiving the care he needed. Thank you Dr. Lancaster.

Not only did he do a bad triple bypass leaving me with extreme high blood pressure and kidney failure his recent follw up was a joke. Didnt even take my blood pressure, Use his hand to fell my pulse ?? Seriously ?? Said id be ok after spending les than a minute with me and then charged me 300 bucks for the refered appointment !!! Please dont choose this person it may cost you your health or life.

Dr. Lancaster is awesome. He has been my doctor since 2005 and has performed several surgeries on me. He is very knowledgeable, skillful, professional, and compassionate. I am so thankful to have him as my doctor.

He was the worst doctor/surgeon I’ve ever had. There was no bedside manor and he did not do any research into my extremely rare disease. His ego and neglect caused me to remain in the hospital for another 4 months. Note: I am a clinician myself and have never given a bad review.

I very highly reccomend Dr Lancaster, he is an excellent doctor and he saved my life.

Dr. Lancaster performed what I believe is called a Thoracoscopic Wedge Resection on my right upper lung lobe for a spiculated lung nodule. He was very informative and answered all my questions and made me feel very confident of his expertise. He told me exactly how he would proceed step by step and what he would do depending on what he found. I had heard all kinds of stories about removing chest tubes. When he did it, WOW, I felt nothing! A talented surgeon you can trust. He's awesome

This man knows how to "HOOK YOU UP" I put my trust in him and he pulled me out with a CABG3X and 6 years later here we are...Recommending to any and everyone I know.

I was fortunate to meet Dr. Lancaster by way of several referrals . After suffering months of pain due to blocked arteries, he assured me he could help me. In a "tell it like it is" down to earth conversation he explained what he could do, when he could do it and about how long it would take. I entered the hospital on a Wednesday for an Aorto-Bifemoral Surgery. Six days later I was at home , using a walker and experiencing very little pain from surgery.
