2- I have had a number of surgeries over the years and every time I tell the Anesthesiologist that I have anxiety, they make sure to give an extra dose of pain meds and anti-anxiety meds right before I wake up. I told Dr Taboada all of this and he said 'don't worry you won't wake up in pain'. Well I woke up from my surgery in the recovery screaming in pain. The nurse gave me 2 injections of morphine and 2 pain pills before the pain went away. He DID NOT listen to anything I said.
