Terrible neurologist. He blew off any concerns that I and my daughter had, and made us seem like we were waisting our time. He suggested that all of my daughter’s symptoms were in here head only to find out that she had a neurological disorder that was indeed not all in her head. Also decided to blame everything on hormones.

We used Dr Miller, for several years, for my son. He was having seizures and Dr Miller gave us his diagnosis of a brain malformation. We are so caught off guard with the news as our son was only 2.5yo and there were so many unknowns as far as his future capabilities. Dr Miller does have a very dry personality, but he sat with us, for over an hour, answering all of our questions. And he would have stayed longer, we were the ones that ended the appointment. He was very patient and compassionate when telling us about this disease. We will forever sing his praises for his patience during that difficult time in our lives. Blew off our questions and concerns.and had no compassion. Seemed like we were a burden to him. May be knowledgeable but wasn’t able to appreciate that bc of bedside manner

Dr. Miller is patient, thorough, and takes the time to listen and educate parents. We're so glad our child has such stellar care with Dr Miller and his team.

Dr. Miller has been our daughters neurologist for years and has always taken a great deal of care with her. We appreciate him and his staff.

Dr. Miller cared for our son while at T.C. Thompson’s Children’s Hospital, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! We felt an incredible confidence in his diagnosis. He sat down in our room to talk at length with us on two occasions, even though on one of the occasions he was suffering from a migraine headache!! It seems a rarity these days to find a doctor to show such dedication and caring, as he did to us! Dr. Miller made us feel that he was on our “team” to help our son...he explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. So thankful for Dr. Miller! Dr. Miller has HORRIBLE bedside manner. He was very rude and scared my child during her exam. He did not take time to answer questions regarding the medications...when I asked about side effects, his response was: "The side effects are better than seizures", and he left it at that. I would not recommend this Dr. To anyone ... ESPECIALLY a child. Avoid at all costs! His nurse practitioner, Susan Gain, is just as rude and "snotty" as he is. Being a nurse myself, I was appalled and disappointed.

He was hateful and rude to my child and her parents. Didn't answer questions and was unprofessional when he did. He was in a hurry to get our appointment over with and rushed out of the room. Shrugged his shoulders and was condescending. His support staff was adequate. Do not bring your child to this "doctor"
