Professional courteous attentive service she makes you feel comfortable and that everything is going to be okay I will go nowhere else

I think the doctor Cisco is very good I like her. But I didn’t like having to go only to learn that the doctor the doctors weren’t communicating well anyway thank you

I was forgotten in the room after the Dr stepped out. Someone finally came in but didn't know what I needed which was to schedule appointments. She took me out to the desk and the girl was unable to schedule and had to call me in the afternoon. The appointments were scheduled too far out considering I am I so much pain. I was given anything for relief and had to go see a Primary Dr 2 days later. Disappointing. I was forgotten in the room after the Dr stepped out. From scheduling, to initial visit, to imaging, to insurance approval, to check in, to pre-op, to surgery, to recovery, every single step was extremely professional and efficient. I saw Dr. Sisco-Wise two days ago to evaluate my injury and had surgery yesterday morning. Today I start my six weeks of recovery. I’m so glad that I didn’t have to wait a week to begin my healing process! Thank you very much Dr. Sisco-Wise. I hope I never have to see her again, but I would refer anyone else in a heartbeat. This was my first time seeing Dr. Sisco-Wise. I felt as though she was very concerned about pin pointing the issue and helping me get it resolved. I'm looking forward to my next visit with her.

I felt that Dr. Sisco-Wise was very honest and straightforward in dealing with my issue. She told me my options, and then she told me what she felt that I should do at this point.

The care and attention was great. The shots in the wrist were as invasive has could be. The biggest problem I had was knowing how much excruciating pain that I have been having lately and when I asked for a little short term relief till get to pain management, I was denied. Good doctor but not much of a "bedside manner". I've seen her twice and she has yet to smile. She accesses the issue then sends a PA or nurse in to perform minor procedures. Her diagnosis and procedures are spot on though.

Been seeing her for years and she has 2 great PAs that get you in and out without much time sitting in the office. Just wish she had an office in Jefferson as the crime is out of control in New Orleans.

I received injections in both hands by the physician assistant under the recommendation of the doctor. They were extremely painful and did not help my hands. My hands became worse afterward.

I had a good appointment with Dr. Sisco-Wise. Explained everything and a course of action going forward. All the folks on her staff were gracious and also answered my questions. If they did not know something, they would defer to the doctor. My treatment went well and I am scheduled for a return visit. -hjp

My teenage son broke his collarbone and it was a pretty bad break. We struggled with whether to let heal on its own or have it fixed surgically. Dr. Sisco-wise explained the healing process and our options and reviewed his progress to be sure we were all comfortable with how he would heal. Ultimately she recommended surgery and he is recovering amazingly. She will not rush into surgery unnecessarily. We are very pleased with Dr. Sisco-Wise and our experience. She did carpal tunnel and ulnar repair on both of my husband upper extremities. Then my husband was given a work release without restrictions. That was a joke since he worked on a pipeline and could not even close his hands. He still has limited movement, and she rides off into the sunset, while he is stuck on disability (living on a fraction of regular salary) with pre-op symptoms. Her bedside manner is as poor as her skills. In my opinion she should’ve chosen a different profession.

I can't imagine what all the complaining is about on this site. I found Dr. Cisco-Wise courteous, helpful, willing to answer my questions, and competent. She treated me and my spouse like the educated adults we are; did not condescend, and was quite charming. I had the procedure yesterday so cannot speak to its outcome. Will update later.

if she would tell you what she told me that i need a shoulder replacement but i will not do it come back in 10 years tell you what wait for me i will never go back you need to learn some manners the nurses and staff in the front are great but you and your shadow are nuts

Had 3 procedures within 3 weeks after shoulder injury. Entire experience was a nightmare, First repair surgery ....popped back out before I got into room. Another surgery...replacement ! Still no feeling in my right hand and very limited movement in my arm after months of therapy. Has no compassion....received muscle relaxers twice (helped with mobility during therapy & was also recommended by therapy)...she then denied refill. Would not recommend...wish that I had read reviews beforehand !!

The worst hand doctor in the city, you will not only get charged like Jesus took care of you, but she will also leave you with scars as big as your bill and trigger finger. Her sense of humor doesn't help either. She'll barely talk to you through the process because she has too many people working her actual job and she doesn't talk, at all. If there was a chance I could treat my hand all over again I would've gone to a regular doctor, someone that cares.
