Dr. Leonard Kristal

The office staff is awful, unprofessional and untrained to handle anything other than running your credit card. Money before everything mentality.

We were referred to Dr. Kristal by our pediatrician when my 3 month old daughter developed a hemangioma near her eye. Dr. Kristal made sure to treat it and follow up regularly. After a few months, her hemangioma is barely visible. His bed side manner and follow up is impeccable- even when our insurance changed, he worked with us so that we could still stick to the same treatment plan and stay with him as our doctor. I would highly recommend him.

The staff was rude and unfriendly from the moment we walked in. Especially the office manager!!!! Waited for three hours to be seen. Would never go there again. Horrible office . Would give no stars if that were a choice.

After visiting about 4 dermatologists in my area I finally had an appointment with this amazing doctor. My 5 year old has severe eczema, he was so itchy especially during quarantine. He and myself were not sleeping that much because of his skin problem. We were desperate but finally we met him. My kid is happy, his skin is like before. I will be forever grateful. Thanks so much! Dr. Kristal is super competent, shows genuine concern and takes the time to explain things. He helped my daughter find relief from unrelenting eczema. Great advocate for his patients and a wonderful, compassionate human being.

Dr. Kristal was very kind and informative. Unlike some of the other reviews, I had zero issues with the staff. I called to ask if both of us could come into office since our daughter is only 2. They were kind and accommodating. Many of my friends recommended Dr. Kristal & I can see why.

My daughter's pediatrician recommended Dr Krystal for a dot in her hand that she was born with but that kept growing as she gets older; as soon as he saw it he said it was benign, her acne however needed to be treated. 1 year later, my daughter's face is absolutely beautiful. When insurance wouldn't cover the medicine that was needed, he helped us finding coupons so we could afford it. He called personally afterward to be sure we had it. He has excellent bedside manners and is a pearl of a human being. It's worth the tome it takes to get an appointment with him.

Good doctor, terrible staff.

They had us waiting over an hour and we had to leave for another doctor's appointment. That kind of wait always happens there. My son also complained that they play the same movie over and over in the waiting room. He says, "If you don't like Monsters, Inc., don't come here."

This staff at this office is the most unprofessional, rude and nasty bunch I have unfortunately had to deal with. Our children are the doctor not because they want to but because they have to. The secretary is constantly belittling the patients and raising her voice and then the biller chimes in for back up to publicly humiliate patients and make a scene. And and when they’re on the phone with patients they speak so loudly that the whole waiting room here’s everything. The doctor isn’t even worth it!! Stay Away!! super long wait but we’ll worth it. staff are friendly and helpful. cured my athletes foot and so many other things. Love this practice!

Dr krystal is awesome. As for his staff.... they are very rude. You try to be pleasant with them, and they still are rude. They act as if they are doing you a favor but forget it is our visits to them that keeps them with a job! Smh

Took our son for the first time and was happy with the doctor. Very friendly and professional. Staff was also courteous and the office was clean and spacious. wait time was about 20 mins.

even so they accept insurance they still want credit card if they won't get pay they will charge your credit card.

Dr kristal is one of the best. He is very caring and knowledgable. My daughter has been going to him since she was a few months old and with his help I have been able to keep her eczema at bay and controlled. He is very awesome.

My children have seen Dr. Kristal several times. He is the best dermatologist I have seen. He explains all, listens, answers questions, takes time with the children and you never feel rushed. He is friendly and looks at you when he speaks. I have seen other dermatologists, personally, that make you feel rushed and only want to answer some of your questions. I have never had that experience with Dr. Kristal. I highly recommend him.
