Dr. Leo Kao is professional, friendly and excellent at diagnosing your allergy issues.

We actually used to come to their old location years ago. Now we are back because of our outdoor allergies ramping up again, and Dr Kao made sure that we got detailed allergy tests. Their new office is great, and we had a smooth appointment experience.

I just received a notice from a debt collector for $35!!! I always closing in person my balances and what surprise me is that I never received a call from office about any debt since my insurance covers the cost and any co-pay was processed at the office. Very sad and disappointed

As a first time patient, I had a very good experience from the front desk to the exam room. Everyone was super professional and courteous. Dr. Kao was Kind, very informative, knowledgeable, and sensitive to our needs. His staff was also very informative. Grateful to have found my goto allergist/immunologist!

I am really thankful for Dr. Kao. He saw me via telemedicine as a new patient on the same day I called for an urgent systemic allergy/rash that was painful and out of control. I felt Dr. Kao listened to me better than most other doctors I have seen in my life (yes, seriously he was that good). He asked me a lot of questions about my lifestyle to get an idea of what might have caused it. He also increased my dose of prednisone, which I believe changed everything for me this time because I started feeling true relief without having to take 3 and 4 weeks of steroids. Brand new patient and had a very good experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained to me in detail and Dr Kao was very focused on helping me feel better and improving my quality of life.

Dr. Kao is amazing. Was able to check all that I’m allergic to and was able to give me advice as to when to start allergy meds to help my symptoms lessen or subside. Very professional and pleased with the information received. My son seems to be experiencing similar symptoms as I am, I’m definitely bringing him to Dr. Kao for an evaluation and testing. I had my first visit this past week and I want to give them 5 STARS in every area... friendliness, cleanliness, timeliness, etc... So impressed with Dr. Kao! I’ve been struggling with issues with my son since birth. We’ve seen numerous specialists and they all seemed to just brush me off as a first time mom that doesn’t know any better. We went to see Dr. Kao today for an unrelated issue, and he was able to not only give us an answer to that, but also provide us with a diagnosis for what I’ve fought so hard to manage for 9 months! I have been seeing Dr. Kao for years and find that he is the best allergist in the area. He is thorough, kind, compassionate, and makes you feel like he is only focusing on you the entire time you are with him. He is always prompt to appointments and stays in them as long as you need without making other patients wait. A lot of the office running so smoothly and appointments going like clockwork couldn’t be done without a dedicated and organized staff. From reception to back office, everyone seems to like their job through and through and it shows in patient attention. With smiles greeting you and being squeezed in with an emergency, there is nothing they can’t handle. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and since I started seeing him I have referred others, including family. My sister sees him as well now. Update: I am changing him to a lower star rating. We discussed a battery of blood and skin testing that we would do after some initial blood work came back. It came back, everything was normal so the next step was the other testing. I called to make an appointment and mentioned a blood test that i researched and it covered a lot of items. I asked if Dr. Kao could research it too to see if it was something we could do. I got a call back and the voicemail stated that Dr. Kao couldn't do the test in question. I called back and said it was ok, I wanted to schedule my appointment and do the other testing. The gentleman put me on hold, came back and said again that Dr. Kao couldn't do the test therefore I wouldn't need to come back. I mentioned the discussion with Dr Kao where HE brought up the other testing we could do. He said he would have to get back with me. He never did. I am shocked that Dr Kao just leaves a patient without any answers as to why I had 4 allergic reaction in one month rewiring ER visits. Sweetest doctor. Dr Kao and his staff are well organized. Dr Kao is attentive and actually cares about his patients. Amazing beside manners. No doubt this is the doctor you need to see whether you have small children or you're an adult.

This was my 1st visit ..... it was AWESOME, no wait and friendly staff! I was referred to Dr. Kao by my PCP after several months of having a new medical issues with no real explanations for the occurrence. Dr. Kao was at least the 4th doctor I had seen over the last 6 months for this condition. After several test the reasons behind my condition remained inconclusive. However he did not give up. I could tell he was concerned and I received a call the following day by Dr. Kao with recommendations after he did more research! I really appreciated his efforts and persistence. Dr. Kao was recommended to me by my pediatrician after my son broke out in a rash his first time eating peanuts. Naturally I was petrified and was eager to get answers. Despite being booked for the next week, Dr. Kao squeezed me in due to the nature of my concern. Despite being squeezed in, he took AMPLE time with me to discuss my concerns, testing, results, etc. He was patient, great with my son, and very clear in his communication. I would recommend him to any parent with a little one who is concerned about food allergies. Dr. Kao and staff were friendly, professional, and informative about our allergy concerns. We were given plenty of attention during our visit. He and his staff were very willing to answer all of our questions and made sure we had all of the information we could possibly need before we left. Dr Kao and his staff surpass any possible rating system. Dr Kao was extremely caring and attentive to all my concerns. He was very detailed in explaining his diagnosis. He provides notes for you to take explaining his plans of action. My visit was a first class experience and superior to any other provider. His staff is very punctual, caring, and efficient. Hands down Dr Kao is the best and has my highest recommendation.

Amazing provider. Listens carefully. Choses course of actions carefully as far as testing methods and treatments. Attentive to patient's needs. Great with children: explains in a precise and understandable manner to parents and the child. Very helpful with providing the support young Anaphylaxis patients need with notes and communications with school and school districts. We feel fortunate for our child to be under his care. His office is equally wonderful.

Dr. Kao was very thorough and patient with my daughter. The staff was able to keep her comfortable throughout testing which was much appreciated. Over all a great office and phenomenal staff.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering this gem of a practice. After reviewing Dr Kao's biography on the website, I knew he would be good and I was not disappointed. I found the entire office to be pleasant, proficient, and professional. Even their website was great. On the website, a patient can see the Dr's availability and select your own appointment time. All new patient paperwork was easily filled out on line. When I got to the office there was nothing to do except see the Dr right on time. Dr. Kao was personable and knowledgeable. Took my daughter for the first time to Dr. Kao's office and we were extremely pleased. From the beginning, the customer service was great! The doctor spent his time with us, never did I get the impression that he was rushed (like most doctors) and they were on time! Dr. Kao made my daughter feel comfortable and he was spot on with her diagnosis. I highly recommend him and will definitely be staying with this allergist! Just transferred from another allergist to Dr. Kao. Wow, what a difference. He took so much time with us and did a great job explaining everything to me and my 8 year old son. Excellent service and very caring doctor. Highly recommend to everyone. He went above and beyond my expectations and answered all my questions I had about my child.

Dr. Kao has seen me on two different occasions, for hives that no other doctors could figure out. He came up with a game plan to make sure the hives would not show up any more and make my day to day living better. Great allergist who cares for his clients!
