VERY POOR SERVICE!! My mother who is in a wheelchair because of possible pinched nerves came to her appointment today, 10/22/13 just to be told "We do not have all of your results" AGAIN before they can perform surgery. The first time this has happen was just last month! My mother who is 70 years old and is disabled and on SSI can not afford to keep driving to this clinic which is about 30 miles away just to be told "WE DO NOT HAVE ALL OF YOUR RESULTS TO GIVE YOU A DATE FOR SURGERY". This is starting to make me believe that this clinic is just calling in patients just to bill Medicare for an office visit! For her first surgery, she did receive good care at this clinic and hopefully they get their paperwork in order BEFORE making appointments to see patients, so my next rating can become more than 2 stars.
