Dr. Chick is amazing in every way possible. He is definitely a surgeon who takes the time to go over it all, he listens. I had an explant on 7/21/21 and I was filled with so much anxiety Dr. Chick came over in the operating room to hold my hand and comfort and talk to me until I was asleep. He took time to let me know in detail what would take place, the results I would most likely get . I am so satisfied with him I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I’ve lost a lot of weight and Dr Chick was recommended to me by 2 of my other providers. I had a consultation with Dr Chick to decide on next steps for excessive skin removal. I instantly knew I wanted to work with Dr Chick and his staff. He answered all of my questions and was very patient when I returned for a second visit with more questions. I feel very confident and comfortable to have this surgery under his care. My plan includes 2-3 more procedures after this one. Dr Chick is my guy! Did I mention I traveled from Seattle, WA to have this surgery with him bc he came so highly recommended! I will continue to travel to SLC just to have Dr Chick perform my surgeries. Amazing. Dr chick did an explant on me on 7/21/21 . He was so wonderful from the time I met him. He explained it all in great detail, he listened to me. On surgery day I was filled with major anxiety he came over to my side of the bed and held my hand and talked to me until I was asleep. He also recommended a nerve block that helps with pain after. He is such a wonderful surgeon I would recommend him to anyone.

DR. Leland Chick, has performed rhinoplasty on me and another friend of mine that decided to do it together with me. He has done a horrible job that I wish I have never performed a rhinoplasty in my life. He has damaged my breathing, I have developed several scar tissue, and a big bump on the tip of my nose from cartilage. I have seen 3 other doctors since my surgery, and they could not believe what a poor procedure I was given. I am not aware of his other procedures, but do not let him perform your rhinoplasty. DR. Dr. Chick worked a miracle saving my leg and foot from a surfing accident last year. Other doctors wouldn't even have attempted to do the hard work he and Dr. Beck ( vascular surgeon at st. Marks ) pulled off. I had 9 surgeries and was in the hospital and rehab clinic for 11 months. Thank God for these docters.

I would have given 5 stars, but I requested pathology be done and it was not done.

All staff and Dr. Chick are amazingly knowledgeable, kind, comfortable to be with. So far I have been very pleased with my appointments, surgery and aftercare.

Dr. Chick made an amazing difference in my life. He is personable, compassionate, supportive and extremely skilled. I would not have been able to go through a very difficult and stressful time without he and his staff.

Dr Chick is exactly the type of surgeon you want when you are considering a major tummy tuck. Respectful, honest, kind and a very talented Dr. This is my 2nd procedure with Dr Chick. Would never consider another doctor. He has earned my trust.

He did a horrible job. I had a tummy tuck and mons fix which should have been done together. I still have infection issues after two years. Look at my pictures on yelp. Than decide if you want him working on you. HE DELETED ALL MY COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK BECAUSE ITS BAD FOR BUISNESS.

In 2005 or 2006, Dr Chick removed fat deposits under my eyes. I didn’t know any better, after all, HE was the supposed to be “the doctor, the expert”....but he left me with HUGE lines of excess skin under my eyes. His “fix” was to try to remove the excess skin in his office after hours, using a numbing agent that didn’t work. It was excruciating and my daughter sat there in horror, watching this torture. And in the end, he still left all of that excess skin. In checking with other plastic surgeons, he should have removed the skin at the time he removed the fat deposits. I am a very small petite woman 4 '11" I had very large breasts that were a size DDD. I went into Dr. Chick office for a consultation with him and his staff they were so helpful during this whole process. I ended up having a breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Chick in July of 2018 he took 2.75 pounds out of each breast and the surgery went very well also did my 8 weeks of recovery. I love how I feel now that I am not carrying all that extra weight on my neck back and shoulders. Honestly it's the best thing I done to help me live a normal healthy life. I get to do what I love most and that is running. Being able to run and not feel pain from carrying my old large breasts is the best feeling ever. I had Chick remove my implants after they were causing me a slew of medical issues. I had them for less than 2 years. He did a perfect enbloc removal in 1 1/2 hours and recovery was a breeze. Seriously. Back to my little chest and couldn’t be happier! The bilateral scars don’t bother me at all. Chick was thorough and helpful before and after the operation. Loved him and his staff! I now have breasts!!! I feel much happier and confident. He was SO professional throughout it all. Very clear and straight to the point. Get in get out- recovery was fast minimal scars great with helping me pick out a size. I would tell any and all my friends and family to go to him! Dr. Chick is a phenomenal surgeon. He's to the point but not short or abrupt. He held my hand in surgery until the anesthesia kicked in and his staff was very responsive with concerns I had afterwards. I would absolutely recommend him for any procedure you're considering.

I chose Dr. Chick to do my breast reduction. He did a great job of helping me set realistic expectations. He was patient and listened to me and he made sure all my questions were answered. The day before my surgery I had some additional questions and fears, he fit me into his schedule that day so we could talk. On the day of my surgery we was very reassuring and double checked to see if I had any more questions. He ended up giving me the exact breasts I had asked for despite the challenges. Dr. Chick was recommended by a friend. It was about 8 years ago since my augmentation and I still love them.

Confident and reassuring

I LOVE Dr. Chick. I have recommended him several times to others. He discovered an infected piece of gauze left in my abdominal cavity after a surgery 9 months before. He scheduled surgery for less than a week after I went in on a day he was already scheduled for a full day of surgery on a tough case. I can not recommend him more highly. He was very kind, sympathetic, and knew exactly what was wrong without needing exploratory surgery to find it. I trust him implicitly!!

Dr chick is truly an exceptional doctor as he spends time explaining very patiently & detailed what the procedure will entail& is also very realistic that one can’t go into a surgery with only the knowledge gathered from other patients experiences from the many sites or google ! We’re all individuals !i would absolutely recommend dr chick to any friends/family with the confidence I felt after my consultation.I’m very grateful to have met Dr chick & made the decision to have Explant surgery.

I had a horrible experience with DR Chick. I had one ruptured implant. He took them boy out and replaced them. He over drugged me and I developed an allergy to codene. One of my nipples points out the other one down. They droop very bad, the ones I had before stood up and looked good. I am 74 and will not go back to him. I just recently had adominalplasty performed by Dr. Chick due to a massive weight loss. I immediately liked him and had a good feeling about him. He always treated me respect and answered any questions I might have. I Never felt rushed. I am very pleased with the result thus far. It’s only been 3 weeks, so I am still healing. I would definitely go back to him again if I choose to have other procedures done. Thank you Dr. Chick for helping me along my weight loss “process”.

I have had a breast implant redone three times and have paid for it all three times and my husband and agree its the worst implant I have ever had it has never been done right. Its now hanging lower than my other and the areola is growing because its stretching.. Help

My intention was to have several consultations before picking a plastic surgeon however, after meeting with Dr. Chick, I knew he was the one! With his experience alone, I felt very confident, so a few days after our consult I scheduled my augmentation and I couldn't be more pleased. My surgery was at the Alta View Surgical Center and it was a pleasant experience. Additionally, he didn't try to sell me any other procedures and he was very thorough in his explanations. Great surgeon, very kind and gave me realistic expectations.

I am a recent (and enthusiastic) patient of Dr. Chick’s. I had the mommy makeover done and haven’t felt this good about myself in 20 years. I started to consider having a tummy tuck about 5 years post pregnancy. I had two 9 lb. babies and don’t have very elastic skin. Additionally, I gained over 50 lbs. with them. After taking the weight off my skin just hung. I did weeks’ worth of research prior to even contacting a plastic surgeon. Once I did, I sought out 4 different surgeons for consultations. Because I had done my homework prior to seeing anyone I felt I had a list of intelligent questions to ask. Dr. Chick was the second surgeon I saw. I knew right away that this was going to be my surgeon. However, I didn’t want to make any decisions without seeking several opinions. And my gut instincts were right. I did end up going back to see him because of the way he cared and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Dr. Chick wasn’t the cheapest surgeon I saw but if you care about the way you look and feel post-surgery the money isn’t an issue. I decided to do the mommy makeover instead of just a tummy tuck because looking down at a beautiful tummy but still having sagging breast I knew I would have regretted my decision and had a breast augmentation and lift done afterwards. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Dr. Chick does such amazing work. He also got me in contact with a massage therapist, Ruth, who helped tremendously in my recovery. His staff was very helpful as well. Alyson has so much insight and was full of recommendations for both pre and post op that I am grateful to have had her to ask questions to as well. I didn’t want anyone to know that I had anything done and she eased my fears. Nowadays however, I feel an obligation when I hear women talking about plastic surgery to tell my story and what tremendous work Dr. Chick does. I am a recent patient of Dr. Chick?s. I had the mommy makeover done and haven?t felt this good about myself in 20 years. I did weeks? worth of research prior to even contacting a plastic surgeon. Once I did, I sought out 4 different surgeons for consultation. Dr. Chick was the second surgeon I saw. I knew right away that this was going to be my surgeon.
