Lekshmi Nair

Dr. Nair has been my PCP since I moved in Texas 2015. I have been in her office several times and the staffs are great. Dr Nair is so concerned with her patient as well as she will call you personally for updates even at night time for follow up. This you could not find in any doctor. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends.

I had asked for the short supply of my medication that was about to run out like I was told by the NP while I am waiting to get an appointment, the front desk was extremely unprofessional and disagreed to talk to the NP for a short supply. When asked this is what I was told they do not even know what the policy and protocol was. Finally when they realised their mistake, they called for a short supply of medication. Dr. Nair is a great and understanding doctor. She is always available when I need her for my kids. She is very caring and I can feel she honestly cares about the health of my kids. She is a true family doctor. Her staff is great as well they are very understanding when it comes to last minute emergency appts. They make my boys and I feel very welcome. Super sweet Dr.!!!! Dr. Nair is my son's MD. She is the nicest Dr. I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable, personable, patient, and has a great bedside manner. Her front desk staff is very plesant and made us feel like we were good friends. The front desk lady was also very helpful in assisting me with new patient paperwork to ensure my appointment would go as smoothly as possible. Her Medical Assistants are very knowledgeable, patient, personable, and very good with kids. They kept my son calm when he was afraid of labwork. We WERE NOT billed anything outside of what our insurance covered. It is very easy to schedule an appointment here and sometimes they can get you in same day. Stay away from the place. I had a horrible experience with the front desk ladies , very arrogant and has a bad attitude, had appointment of my dad in his 60s , couldn't get meds refill on time , they just care about money ,nothing else. they won't give you emergency appointments , over all very poor customer service satisfaction.

Honestly, this is the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. I scheduled my appointment for 10:30AM and didn’t even get to see the doctor until a hour later. I was an existing patient. They failed to give me the right information and gave me confusing direction. Will never go here again. Stay away and go to a doctor that cares about your health and wellbeing. Highly compassionate and extremely knowledgeable Doctor.In my opinion she is the best example of how a family Doctor should be.

Dr.Nair is the best Doctor I’ve seen. She is kind and caring of her patients and always goes the extra to help her patient. Her staff is great too and great location as well. ????

She's wonderful - honest- and caring.

Dr. Nair is the most compassionate and understanding Dr. I have ever had the opportunity to have. She understands and takes the time to listen. She gets to know you as a person and not just a patient. Dr. Nair is the true meaning of what a Family Doctor should be.

It has been wonderful working with Dr. Nair. She listens well then asks the right questions to pinpoint the medical issue(s). My husband and I were directed by our new insurance to a different provider, but were able to keep Dr. Nair after a bit of wrangling. Very efficient with a wonderful bedside manner.

Horrible, they only care about the money. First, they never want to schedule emergency visits. Second, the front desk doesn't ask for the copay and they start sending you bills months after stating that they had forgotten to collect it. You go there for food poisoning or a rash and they don't give you prescription medicice instead, they suggest over the counter. I told them that If i wanted over the counter meds I wouldn't go to the doctor and they responded with "then don't come to the doctor".

Just a waste of time going here. Very friendly approach , but you may have to go multiple visits for the different problem you had at the same time. Will keep you prolonged with the treatment , rather than giving you referrals. My friends lump in the breast turned out to be cancer and the doctor never insisted on a biopsy or ultrasound, said we can check this back again six months later.Its just common sense to get a growth in your body evaluated .
