Dr Harris was courteous, thorough, and demonstrated patience. The exam was brief but his questions showed his interest and follow-through. Tests were ordered and follow-up scheduled. Visit was timely and I did not feel rushed.

Let me tell you the quality of life for this MS Patient. Laid up in bed 4 out of 5 days the past few weeks waiting on a prescription that was "supposedly" mailed the morning we were scheduled for an office visit. It was suppose to be sent the week before. Here it is the following Tuesday and no prescription. Can't write out a new one then there would be two. It couldn't have been kept for us to pick up? This was absolutely intentional by Brenda. I sure hope they sleep good at night because they are directly affecting someone's life and health with out a care. Brenda is in the wrong field and I feel sorry for the person that doesn't do their homework on this office. The office's, specifically Brenda's lack of compassion for quality of life is unfathomable. Two weeks for a prescription to improve quality of life. I have half a dozen family members in the medical field with Abington and to see this type of patient care makes me sad. Was a good office when it was Dr Burke with Rose behind the front desk. She was caring. Looked out for the patient. No more. Bad service. Bad attitude. Bad communication. No critical thinking to help the patient. It's not about patient quality of life with that front office. You can say this is just someone not getting their way but you are wrong. Whole family is in the medical field. This is the first time leaving a bad review. Good luck getting a call back.

Second I walked in I was welcomed by well respected and very nice helpful staff. You guys are all great. They are so good and helpful i recommend to a few people who are very happy and thankful. Thanks

Dr. Harris and his entire staff take the time to listen to me. They never rush through my visits and they ALWAYS call me back when I reach out with a question or problem. I believe Dr. Harris, Liz and Rose truly care about me.
