This guy is a quack and a billing fraud. STAY AWAY! I called my insurance about obvious billing discrepancies. Insurance called his office and he dropped me from his care via certified letter! I called several times to get an explanation but he will not take or return my calls.. Classless!! His secretaries and nurses (that give injections) come and go and not one respected or thought to highly of him.. I had Dr Englander for 20+ years which was great. And this guy for about the last 5 years.

By far the worst staff I've ever interacted with in ANY medical office. They are rude, condescending, and inconsiderate of your concerns. I highly recommend relieving all receptionists and assistants of their duties immediately and hiring a brand new team if you want to stay in business. I would leave a negative rating if possible.

I would not recommend Dr. Scheer as an allergist. The one time time I used his service I did not have great medical coverage and I had to pay a very enormous amount for a one-time consultation fee - it was a rip-off. Ridiculous.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to others, not because of anything he did, but because of my personal preference. The doctor is a bit old fashioned, writing on paper instead of using a computer. I also don't feel that he is aggressive enough in dealing with my allergies, specifically the chronic, dry cough associated with it. Last time I spoke to him by phone, he told me to drink tea with honey. This will not do for a cough that is at times severe enough to cause me to become lightheaded.
