I would never take a child here. He doesn't have the patience for them. It seemed like it was a big inconvenience for him and didn't know why my son was even referred to him. After the exam was done we changed my son's diaper in the room and threw it in the trashcan in the room. After that he came in and said to not throw the diaper in the room because it may be weeks before the bag gets changed. I told him we already did and he tossed the gloves at the nurse and said well you better get digging for that diaper in the trashcan. Totally unprofessional attitude in front of patients, and disrespectful to his staff. I would never take a child here. He doesn't have the patience for them. Dr. Robinson, Anna and all of his staff are wonderful and truly caring. I had to have metal wire that had been put in my knee when I fractured it 3 years ago removed. I have to admit I was a bit anxious but I was reassured that this surgery wasn't anything like my original repair. After I woke up in post op I was told I could put my full weight on it and walk on it. I actually was able to walk on it with little pain. Dr. Robinson is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I knew I was in good hands. It's been 5 days since my surgery and I'm in minimal pain and that's from the wound healing I'm walking and blessed to have my knee useable again. I'm very thankful to be under the care of Dr. Robinson and his staff. Dr. Robinson, Anna and all of his staff are wonderful and truly caring. Dr. Robinson and his staff are amazing. I appreciate that Dr. Robinson takes his time, listens carefully and addresses all your concerns. I’ve been a patient for years and my boys see him as well. He takes great care with children and adults alike. He’s a wonderful, warm doctor that cares about his patients.

Great doc and staff, they took good care of my girl!

Dr. Robinson is truly a great doctor. He is understanding and really cares about his patients. The nurses and office staff are all very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Robinson.

My daughter broke her first bone, and Dr Robinson was extremely nice and patient with my her.Made her feel safe. He was great at explaining to her in detail what he was gonna do before he did it. I would recommend him to anybody that needs a orthopedic! He made this experience so much easier and less scary for both me and her!

My daughter had a slight arm fracture, went to get a cast. Got upsold a bunch of add ons. When we went to leave they showed us a list of things our insurance wouldn't cover and it was all the upsells. I asked why they didn't tell us what the insurance did and did not cover prior to making solicitations. They had no reason. Also was surprised that I had to pay there, they wouldn't bill me. Also would have been great information to know prior to coming in. The wait and the lack of professionalism I can live with, their business practices were shady at best. Imagine getting a call from your son’s school that your son got hurt at his football game and meet them at the hospital.Imagine being told that your son needed emergency surgery on his knee and tibial bone with a Dr You didn’t even know… full Panic mode! Dr Robinson came in sat with me and explained everything in detail to me. He answered all my question and got straight to the point. He gave me a sense of peace I was still freaking out a bit I mean that’s my son. After surgery once again Dr Robinson came in the waiting area explained everything to me again in detail,What he found, what he did everything. The follow up at his office was just as good not to mention my son scar looks amazing I mean you can hardly see it. He is a awesome doctors with a awesome staff. As a new patient,everything went very smooth and everyone was very nice.

Everyone was friendly and prompt! I want to thank the staff for a great experience for my daughter! We were pleased and would recommend this practice to others!

I was very pleased from the front room receptionist to the x-ray technician, and the medical assistant who took me in the room and asked me questions. Then the Dr came in and asked questions. He seemed very concerned about my x-rays, my complaint of my pain and he discussed with me on some things he can do. I've been praying that I get a Dr who can help me get rid of some of these pains, if not all of them. Also the receptionist that checked me out was very phenomenal and kind. The entire staff was very professional. I was well- pleased of my first visit. Thank-you! Very informative visit. Answered all my questions and set my mind at ease.

Excellent first visit. The staff and Dr.Robinson were very nice. Dr.Robinson was great at explaining what was going in with my son.

Seems to have been talked to very rudely when they called me about the referral. Seemed to be contacted more than twice about appt. Everytime they seemed rude. When arrived at appt; was asked to put ss # on paper (not the patient). Advised that if i hadn’t, my daughter w/ broken finger wouldn’t be seen. Proceeded to do so, as office manager proceeded to scold me. I then told office manager to please don’t be sarcastic as I am attempting to write. She became quite snappy & rude saying she’ll just cancel thee appt. Where’s the humanity. I cried because it’s a sad world to live in where ppl can mishandle you & make decisions in such a manner. I stated “I’m not being irritate or argumentative; but I am not about to beg you to see my daughter. Can she be seen?!? “Please note, we’re black & daughter is looking right at office manager. I went there today after my son broke his wrist on his skateboard. The staff and doctor were great. The doctor made my son a blue and red cast with blue and red glitter. Best of all it's waterproof. My son absolutely loves it. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend him to any parent.

I was extremely nervous for my daughter. After already breaking her arm, I knew the most painful part was to come. After talking to Dr. Robinson, I felt confident and comfortable in giving him the wheel and stepping back to let him do what was necessary to help her in the long run. Besides the overwhelming feeling of the process, I never doubted what he was doing. When it comes to myself, I’ll deal with whatever but my child .. I wouldn’t have put her in anyone else’s hands. This office/Doctor was referred to me by the hospital following a child's arm injury. The appointments are incredibly another, professional, and fast compared to hours waiting at some places. The last appointment was a checkup and I used more time driving than we did waiting to be seen, it was a pleasant surprise. With the Covid thing - everyone is safe and professional here, I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of an Orthopedic doctor. My daughter was sent here by her PCP with a swollen knee for 2 weeks. She waited for over 2 hours and when she seen the Dr he told her to come back in 4-6 weeks and to start Physical Therapy! ???????? He didn't even order a MRI he was rude as well! I just got off the phone with her PCP and told them she will NEVER!!!! GO BACK... This Dr better pray that by the time we find another Dr nothing is permanently damaged. She can't even barely walk for 20mins without it swelling up! I work in the medical field and I have never seen such of a thing! Dr Robinson was efficient but not cold and explained everything to me, but importantly he spoke to my son directly (he’s a teen) to help HIM understand what is happening with his knee.

I visited this office three years ago for my oldest daughter and yesterday with my middle child and I’m proud to say quality of service has stayed the same. My daughter and I have been going to Dr Robinson for 18 years. Nice staff always nice and professional. Dr Robinson is the best. The only thing I wish they would consider. I know they get emergencies and I would gladly give up my spot. It would be nice to get a curtesy call letting people know the doctor is running an hour plus behind. I hate to say I don’t think I have ever been seen in under an hour plus. I leave my job to wait an hour plus and I could still be at work. My time is as important as everyone else. Long wait times. Nearly every staff member gives an attitude. Doctor Robinson himself is “okay” but wasn’t impressed. For a pediatric doctor I expected more. He never spoke to my daughter, never looked at her in the eye, never asked her permission before touching her arm.
