Mr. Lawrence Dennis Gray JR.

Has been my go to Dr since 1997. Was a great help when I had shoulder replacement. Have had few colds since going chiropractic.

Their website says Medicare covered, they bill you and then offer to bill your insurance afterwards. The two secretaries are robots that will get you to sign over 20 pages of paperwork, none of which is actually looked at by the Dr. I spent 20 minutes having to watch one secretary type in my medical info into the computer. Dr Gray seemed ok at first, but was very vague about what/how he would help me, and was too forceful on my exam and hurt me.

Overall I believe he is knowledgeable about his work, but clarity in treatment protocol, confusing/unusual explanation of insurance usage, and lack of physical improvement experienced left me angry and still in need of care. I felt an entire year's worth of insurance covered visits were wasted, and because of the above, I felt my money just went to his new car payment. Harsh, but sadly true.
