Dr. Lawrence N Eisenman

Dr. Eisenman is amazingly thorough and asks dozens upon dozens of questions to arrive at a solution. His office team is friendly and warm, and Dr. Eisenman made my husband feel completely comfortable while he did his exam. He is a brilliant diagnostician, we feel fortunate to have been booked with him. His follow through is also top notch, and we left his office knowing what the next steps will be, filled with confidence and gratitude. This doctor might be knowledgeable but I would not have him as on going. He has no personality. He doesn't ask me questions so I dont know what to say. He only asked me what can he do for me today. But when I bring up the subject of his thoughts of what might be going on he gives me no answers which might be ok. I understand his concern with not wanting to give his opinion but he stands there with a blank stare on his face and doesn't discuss anything with me. Personally I wish he was off the case. I dont feel like there is a good connection. He stands there like in park or neutral. I dont like his bed side manor. I'm not sure if I'm going to feel confident in his diagnosis at all and this hospital stay maybe was a huge waste of my time. He lacks talking to me. I will not see him when I get out of this hospital. I see him as a statue. Stiff and doesn't do any of the typical neurological stuff himself. His team keeps quiet. They have nothing to say I'm beyond shock of the lack of questions he doesn't ask me. I think he wants me to carry on the conversation and he remains like a dead person walking I concerned about getting a diagnosis from him since his is all quiet. It really bothers me If I were to give him a rating of 1 to 10 if I would rate him it wouldn't be even a 1 it would be NEGATIVE 10 IF THAT WAS THE HIGHEST RATE TO GIVE THIS DOCTOR. I sure hope I agree with things. I cant wait to see dr. Ahmed as I move forward or dr. Kaul they are more in tune with the human side and Dr Lawrence is a DEAD STIFF. Sorry but that's how I would rate him. I HOPE HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE. I hope I get the right diagnosis. I hope his knowledge is a A PLUS but I dont see it. I was VERY impressed. He took lots of time, reviewed my husband's history in detail, and spent all the time we needed to re-ask questions we were not sure we understood. Staff was great. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Eisenman.
