I saw Dr. Laurie Jacobson as a first time patient for having any cosmetic work done (fillers, botox). Her work was very good, subtle and natural. I would definitely see her again and would highly recommend.

Very thorough in taking care of my skin cancer issues. She has removed melanoma, and squamous cancer from my skin plus treated my basil cell issues. She is friendly, caring, and always follows up with me on any surgical issues. I highly recommend her with 5 stars.

I go in annually for an all over skin check, due to my fair skin and freckles. The past two years the PA with the southern accent has spent a total of 5 minutes with me per visit. This includes me rushing through any questions I have. Naturally, they bill for a full visit. I'll be switching providers. My health is worth more than five minutes.

This office cancelled my appointment less than one hour before the scheduled time. They then called me back ten minutes later to offer me a different appointment, twenty minutes from when they were now calling. I told them that I could be there. They told me to hold while they confirmed. 5 minutes later they told me okay. I got to their office about 5 minutes late, then waited for 10 minutes while the staff got another patient checked out. They then sent me to their other office in a different part of the building, where I waited for 10 minutes while their staff was on the phone setting up other appointments. They then told me that I was late (mind you, as a result of waiting for their front desk staff), and checked with the doctor to see if she would see me. They came back and told me that they would "reschedule for another time that would be more convenient for me." Yes, more convenience for ME. To top things off, they gave me their scripted, passive conflict avoidance statement of "we're sorry that this happened to you." No ownership whatsoever. So, I'm out 2 hours of time, and still have to find another doctor. This office cancelled my appointment less than one hour before the scheduled time. Outstanding, thorough and very kind doctor. Very skilled at her job with a great bedside manner. She follows through on your pathology even if she needs to refer you to an outside provider. I had a weird nodule on inside of my nose, she took the outside portion down and off , it looks great, you can’t tell at all. The ENT took the inside off. She followed through on path the ENT office never called or anything. She was not happy about that at all when she found out I was just hearing about that portion for the first time. I get text message reminders for my yearly skin checks! That is just way to cool!! That is just fabulous, I think more preventative care reminders should be sent that way. It helped me. I love her staff as well. Great office . She also has taken fabulous care of my dad who had melanoma, she did Mohs surgery on his back and did and has done excellent follow through on him ever since.
