My experience with Jay Ufford has been superb. Every time I have seen him, he has made himself ahead of time completely aware of all my medical issues and history. He explains everything clearly, in plain language, and his recommendations have always proven to be correct and even life-changing. I can't say enough good things.

Dr. Ufford is kind, compassionate, and reassuring. I trust him implicitly, and he's not afraid to suggest a second opinion.

Dr. Ufford is great! Very easy to talk to and very understanding. I have been his patient for 4 years. I trust him and my only complaint is that he is VERY busy and it can sometimes be difficult to get a appointment with him.

Dr's talent is lacking when it comes to migraine. Dr injected Botox topically instead of intramuscula. Dr advised that nothing could be done to relieve chronic migraine.

I really like his demeanor always very happy and friendly. Felt like he really cared. Office staff could definitely be better!!!

Dr Ufford I found as a neurologit in Pittsfield. He gave me a complete neuro workup, ordered extra testing that were necessary, diagnosed my problem from that and treated me as a human being instead of just a patient. His gentle caring nature is wonderful. Bedside mannr is excellent. His staff however has not scheduled my testing that was ordered and I am not happy with the staff but I will take this matter up with Dr. Ufford and I know that he will correct the problem.
