The entire team was compassionate, informative, and professional. Dr Udoff is very attentive and has a caring bedside manner that puts to at ease and you can count yourself lucky if you get Kristy as your coordinator! We could not be happier and could not recommend this place enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Genetics and IVF. Dr Udoff, my patient coordinator Laurel, and all the nurses, front desk staff, billing office, genetics staff etc made this process as easy as it can be. They were always compassionate, very patient in explaining very intense medical processes and expectations, and were always accommodating to our needs. We are ultimately expanding our family because of them and can't thank them enough!

Everyone is professional, caring and attentive. The facilities were very clean and all our questions were answered.

Dr Udoff is one of the best fertility expert whom I consult and got success in my first try itself. I had very low AMH and unicornuate uterus but in care of dr Udoff , my IVF is successful. Today I am 7 weeks pregnant and so overwhelmed to hear my baby’s heart beat. I will be always thankful to dr Udoff and dr Sarhan who made my dream comes true. GIVF have amazing staff. My RN Missy she is amazing person. Always replied to my question immediately. Always getting good vibes from her. The receptionists they are very helpful and polite. Thank you GIVF team.

Did 3 rounds of IUI with Dr. Udoff. Last one resulted in our baby. The Dr. was always very nice and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process and make sure we were comfortable and informed. We were very happy to be under his care!

I can't say enough about all of the providers and staff at GIVF. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the ultrasound technician, to all of the doctors and the lab technicians. I had a terrible experience at another fertility clinic before I found GIVF. There is NO COMPARISON. They are caring and compassionate, they have their act together as far as records, appointments, scheduling and financial coordination. They were on time for their appointments, I never had to wait very long in the reception area. When I had questions or concerns, I was able to get assistance via email or phone. They were there for me nights, weekends and holidays. My husband and I did 2 IUI's and 3 IVF's, on the third try we had our first positive pregnancy. GIVF remained positive, yet realistic throughout our journey. They were very supportive when we had bad outcomes and almost as excited as we were when we had success! I truly felt like they were personally on this journey with us. They knew us by face and name recognition, they knew our history, I never felt like just another number, or "the 8:30 patient." He is a great doctor, his group is also great. Everything was scheduled clearly and the nurses did great job. The only problem was with thier financial who didn’t know our insurance very well and I needed to call insurance and their office manytime to make sure they submitted all documents and the insurance pays for the procedure.

Just the sweetest. He will manage your expectations realistically, but is always gentle with his delivery. With something a sensitive as infertility, you want a doctor that remembers that you are a person and not a problem to be fixed. In my vast healthcare experience (I'm a nurse) there are two kinds of doctors in the world, those that want to play God, and those that genuinely want to help people. Dr. Udoff is the latter. He genuinely cares about giving you the baby you always dreamed of, this is our 3rd thanks to him!

These folks are amazing! With three failed IVF attempts at another very well know clinic, we were directed to GIVF. Prior to coming here, we were told that our case was to hard and a donor egg was our only logical next step. Dr Udoff’s knowledge of my condition and Dr. Stern’s confidence in our changes of conceiving, small as it was, awakened hope once again. I couldn’t believe it when we achieved success with our very first ivf cycle. At the previous clinic, I felt like a number but here I felt like they actually cared about me. I cannot praise these folks enough. Without them we wouldn’t have our beautiful baby boy!

Highly recommend! I can honestly say that I would not have my son without GIVF. From my first consultation appointment to my final blood work for my HGC, all the DRs, Nurses, and other staff has been informative, supportive and welcoming...I look forward for my next appointment for baby #2 :-)

We have a 6 year old boy and wanted to conceive again.We were assured by Dr. Udoff, his nurse Valerie and his staff that they would double check with our insurance before we are billed for any tests.Got a bill for 5,499/-for a LabCorp blood test and a female abdominal x-ray that my insurance refused to pay. Upon contacting my insurance, they said that the Dr. Used the code "Infertility" which my insurance clearly doesn't cover. The insurance company told me to request the Dr to change the code, then they would cover me. Also I contacted LabCorp, they said the same thing. I e-mailed Dr udoff nurse, Valerie and told her what my insurance and LabCorp told me, I also explained to her that I am under a lot of stress, and have been a cancer pt, lost my job cause of covid. She did not reply to me for few days, clearly showing lack of empathy, I had to follow up with her, she replied saying they cannot do anything as the Dr won't change the code. I don't kno how to pay the outstanding amount

I am 4-month pregnant now, Thank you GIVF! I am from China, I came to the United States for family balancing, and my English is very limited. GIVF arranged Chinese coordinators to help me book hotel, recommended restaurants and local tour and shops. I talked to Dr. Udoff through video call for my initial consultation and follow-up consultation, he asked about my medical background and told me the specific process and any possible risks. In my whole treatment process in GIVF, every time I went for morning monitoring at my scheduled appointment time, I was able to do my blood draw and ultrasound right away, no waiting time. The sonographer concerned about my personal feelings and privacy and paid attention to many details which made me relaxed. My bilingual-speaking nurse Mandy timely communicated with me according to the physician's treatment plan, she had comprehensive consideration on the treatment schedule, time difference between China and US and got everything ready ahead of time. Dr. Udoff is really nice and considerate, he adjusted my medicine dose timely according to my actual situation. He is definitely worth trusting, I fully followed his instruction during my treatment. GIVF treated me like an old friend and gave me all kinds of support.

He is rigorous, but he also reads my mind and makes clear corresponding explanation on my treatment plan and techniques. The clinic is elegantly-decorated and cozy, the nurses Mandy and Jenny are so careful and thoughtful. I felt like home and was treated as a family member, GIVF staffs not only cared about me during the treatment, but also provided me a lot of information on local tours, restaurants, shop and transportation, we had a pleasant and delighting trip in VA. I have two girls and want to have a boy, I was successfully pregnant this May after just one egg retrieval and one frozen embryo transfer. Highly recommend!

My pregnancy was successful under Dr Udoff's care. I was on my early 40s, and he studied my case in the way anyone hadn't done before. I'm a proud mom nowadays and definitely I'll be eternally grateful to Dr Udoff and all his medical team. I do recommend him by all means.

Dr. Udoff is very knowledgeable, since I failed 3 cycles in other center, I have some very specific questions for him, and I am satisfied with his answer. As my egg numbers are declining cycle by cycle, he added growth hormone in my medication list. Last time I only got 5 eggs, but this time I got 9 eggs and fertilized into 3 embryos, one is A-grade, the other two are B-grade, the best result I have ever had! I didn't have A-grade before. I am waiting for PGS report now.

We made the mistake of trusting Laurence Udoff. He made us jump through multiple unnecessary hoops including unnecessary surgery. then he made the most basic mistake and ruined our chances of starting a family. Avoid the heartache and do not trust this man. He is not a good doctor.
