Dr. Lauren Noelle Collins Johnson

I would advise to not use Dr. Johnson. Her explanation for a procedure needed was overly simplified. Two days prior to my procedure, the hospital called said it would be performed there. I was also told it would take an hour, and I would be put to sleep. This was never communicated by Dr. Johnson or the REACH office. 2 months later I received a $11,000 bill. Dr. Johnson's explanation was she didn't realize all the tools she would need for this procedure and changed the location to the hospital at the last minute. Their billing department took a week to return my call to get an explanation of the bill. Later, my husband and I informed Dr. Johnson we wanted to try conceiving naturally for 3 months. I get another bill for $1200 per month for her services. I think she has a hard time listening and obviously has a financial quota. If you don't care about having a thorough explanation of what procedures will be done or have unlimited funds, use this doctor. I would advise to not use Dr. Johnson. Dr Lauren Johnson is amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and all things you’d expect from an expert in her field. The whole process with all staff included has been very professional. Although IVF is an expensive process - knowing you’re in great hands makes all the difference. They also offer some financial incentives which helps take some pressure off. Highly recommend REACH and Dr Johnson. Dr Lauren Johnson is amazing. Dr. Johnson was fabulous. She got to know us, really listened and suggested a path based on the best evidence and our lifestyle. She was great!

Dr. L Johnson is phenomenal. We've had a wonderful experience with her at REACH and are so thankful for her compassion and understanding.
