Dr Bailey has been great to our family of 5! She’s very personable and we never feel like she’s in a rush. We’re looking forward to checking out some of her new endeavors - most notably the sports vision therapy!

I have been going to Dr. Bailey for at least 10 years, and I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else! I have an astigmatism in both eyes and she thought outside the box to help me see so clearly when other doctors merely turned the knobs on their machines each year and gave me a prescription that didn’t let me see both near and far with the same prescription. I personally do not like going to the eye doctor, but I actually look forward to seeing Dr. Bailey! The entire staff is so kind and makes every time I am there enjoyable. I don’t even live close to this office, but won’t go anywhere else!

I was having a significant problem with my eye watering. Dr. Bailey was able to see me right away. She was immensely accommodating and spent quite a bit of time trying to determine the cause. The office staff is friendly and Dr. Bailey always takes her time to answer any questions I may have and doesn’t make me feel rushed. I went through a phase where I not only needed distance, but close up vision correction and all of a sudden I felt like I couldn’t see. I must have been in her office 5 times in two weeks trying different types of options with contacts and glasses. The staff was always willing to help me and let me try samples. My family and have been coming to Dr. Bailey for several years. Her and her team treat you like family when you are there. Dr. Bailey has the latest tools and technology for a complete exam and also provides a nice assortment of lenses to choose from if you’re looking for new glasses or sunglasses. We have not had an eye emergency in our family but Dr. Bailey was able to help one of our friends who did have a serious eye problem. She was able to fix things properly with our friend. Dr. Lauren Bailey has been my eye doctor for a number of years and I’ve always felt optimally charged-up about her prescriptions and her evaluation of my eyes. She takes careful notations, careful measurements and gives me the exact correct contacts I need. She also tells me about the health of my eyes which I really appreciate. Dr Bailey is the best eye doctor I have ever used. She takes time to listen to my problem and then helps to find a solution. She is knowledgeable in her field and truly interested in her patients. Dr. Bailey is so great! I've gone to her for years. She's always professional and kind and just a joy to be around. Dr. Bailey goes out of her way to make sure her patients are taken care of and are valued. It was my daughter’s first visit to an eye doctor and Dr. Bailey talked her through the entire appointment by making sure she knew what each test was for and what she was seeing in the tests. She helped my daughter find the perfect glasses and when we needed the glasses the next day, Dr. Bailey helped us find them quickly. We are so glad that a friend recommended her to us. Dr Bailey provides personalized care and follows up post visit. While on a business trip I wad diagnosed with "pink eye" that was not responding to the medicines prescribed and contacted Dr Bailey's office. She took time to follow up with me over the weekend and provided me additional care instructions. She eve checked in on me a few weeks later to make sure I was recovered.

Dr. Bailey is a very nice and friendly eye doctor. She takes the time to really figure out what is wrong with you and really cares about her patients. She is able to explain everything in simple terms. I would highly recommend her and trust me you will not be disappointed.
