Doctor is awesome! Since changing ownership the staff needs a little work on their attitude.

Dr. Dallmeyer is the PEDs doc of my 17 month old and has been since birth. She and her team are wonderful. She is kind, patient and respectful. She addresses every concern, answers every question this new mother has and creates an environmet my child is excited to visit. I could not recommend her more. I have been with Dr. Dallmeyer for a few years. She goes out of her way to LISTEN to what is going on and is always empathetic and caring. The Nursing and ancillary staff have always been extremely helpful and have always returned calls promptly. I moved an hour away but continue to stay with her because of her and the staff's care.

Dr. Dallmeyer has taken care of me for over 30 years. I can always depend on her to either treat me herself or send me to someone who can. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Dallmeyer has been the family doctor of multiple members of our family for many years; she is a caring and thorough Doctor who takes all the time needed with a patient. She has our utmost and trust.

The staff had the wrong patient's DOB and address then the secretary tried to say that we verified the address wrong. Since when do people not know there own address. I lived at the same address for 20 years, why did the not ask the birthday? Then there are no appointments available until December .We will be changing doctors as soon as we can find a doctor accepting new patient's .This is not the first time that this has happen with the secretaries in that office, they need to be more clear.

I have been a patient here for many many years. Never really liked it, but it was convenient. Upon arriving today for a procedure, I was informed by the receptionist that they do NOT check with insurance providers to be certain that any procedure is covered (Isn't that part of their job? All other doctors I have been to have all done that ahead of my arrival.) She recommended that I call my insurance carrier myself. A little surprised, I asked what I should call the procedure and then made the call myself. I was placed in the holding queue. Meanwhile the nurse called me in. I explained to her that I was checking on my insurance (something I thought they had already done) and she said "no problem come on in". She started the process of taking my vitals and started keying them into her computer. At that point my phone call was answered and I started talking to the insurance carrier explaining my procedure and checking on my coverage. A moment later the door to the exam room flew open, startling me and the nurse, and Dr. Dallmeyer stormed into the room. Without even a hello she said "HANG THAT THING UP RIGHT NOW!" Stunned at being spoken to in that manner I quickly explained "I am checking with my insurance provider to be sure this procedure is covered". (My mind reasoned that she probably thought I was chatting with a friend or something, which was why she was so upset). Her angry response was "THEN DON'T SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME UNTIL YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT". So many responses went through my head in that moment (none of them nice). However, I refused to sink to her level. Instead, I simply stood up, asked the agent on the phone to hold for a moment, and strolled right out of her office, never to return. Once outside, I told the agent it was okay to continue. The agent asked me (in an alarmed voice) "Who was that?". "My Doctor" I said. In an incredulous voice she said "Your DOCTOR spoke to you like that? My response......My FORMER doctor. Her response..."I don't blame you!" As a note, this was not the first time I had been treated this way by Dr. Dallmeyer. One other time when I was asking a question, she looked at her watch and said "if you ask any more questions I will have to charge you more". I was shocked then too. I had asked her two questions!! I own two businesses and have already told 20 people this story today. No one can believe it. I plan to tell 200 more and would like to warn anyone considering going here.
