She missed diagnosing my daughter with hip dysplasia. I don't feel like she took my concern about her irregular gait seriously enough and referred us to Physical Therapy instead of ordering an X-ray. This is hands-down the best pediatrician in Omaha. I highly recommend her and have taken all my kids to see her. No need to look any further.

She was my pediatrician throughout my childhood. 18 years later, she's my daughter's. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician! She is fantastic around the kiddos. Another perk, she's a lactation consultant! SHE is the reason I stuck with breastfeeding! ????

We transferred specifically from Erin Loukes at Children's Physicians to here. With Dr. Loukes we always felt rushed and just a number that needed to be seen as fast as possible so that they could move on to the next family. Dr. Wilwerding and her staff have been terrific, friendly, understanding, but most of all PATIENT. Really glad we see her with breastfeeding and uncircumcised boys. My children have been seeing her since their birth. She is the best pediatrician. She more is knowledgeable about breastfeeding and intact care then others we interviewed. She makes sure that as parents we have all the information we need to make an informed decision, even if it's not what she recommends.

We've seen Dr. Wilwerding since my four year old was born and think the world of her. She listens and helps parents weigh pros and cons. We trust her opinion, and have valued her perspective with all of our children's health needs. It is always easy to reach someone with health-related questions, even after hours.

Was there for our sons appt and just wanted to ask if there was anything else we could do about our daughters ezcema. She has seen her before for this problem but then ended up charging us for a 30 second visit telling us there was nothing else she could do. I work in a Drs office and something could of been done to take care of this issue and the office manager could have wrote it off but did nothing. Won't be going there ever again.

She has always been so helpful and great with my daughter and her allergy issues. She takes the time to talk to you and she always gives you the pros and cons. She isn't quick to write prescriptions like most doctors.

We switched here with the birth of our third child and it has been a great experience! All the staff has been wonderful. I feel like my children's health is truly the focus. This is something that I feel like is getting lost on the big medical groups.

Dr. Wilwerding has been an excellent resource to our family. I was referred by my OB after struggling with breastfeeding my twins - she salvaged our relationship and I successfully nursed both of them until 15 months. She is so knowledgeable that I opted to move all of my children to her care. She takes time with each of her patients and we never feel rushed. She answers all of out questions. Her staff is kind and very easy to work with! I recommend her to everyone!

She inappropriately ordered 24/7 skin to skin instead of NICU care to help with temp regulation for my struggling 36-weeker. My baby ended up in the NICU on Day 3 due to critical hypothermia, severe dehydration, and severe hypoglycemia. She needed 11 days of NICU care before she was healthy enough to come home. This doctor is biased by her breastfeeding mission, and it hurt my baby.
