Fast, painless, professional.

As always, professional, kind and cheerful staff.

Melissa the office manager has terrible bedside manner and verbiage. She does not know how to articulate herself in a professional manner and intentionally withholds information making it an obstacle to schedule an appointment which she then rescinded the offer to schedule one like a gatekeeper. A patient should not have to jump though hoops to schedule an appointment. If the front staff is this incompetent and rude I can imagine this is trickle down behavior from the Doctor. I would never want a doctor who enables this behavior towards patients having a say or treating my health. Avoid at all costs.

Best Dentist you will ever find! Smartest and brightest and the most intuitive. She is literally saving my life! Also, thanks to her amazing assistant and Lexi too! Do not hesitate, this office is the one!

Dr. Torrado is the best. She is patient and gentle both in explaining what is needed and her overall approach.

Dr. Torrado is very knowledgeable. Her extremely thorough assessment includes imaging of your entire skull, jaw, and teeth. She then provides a thorough and holistic treatment plan to address not just your teeth but the alignment of your jaw, palate, neck and head. Dr. Torrado is a unique gem in this field!

I had the best first appointment with Dr. Torrado! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, 5 big stars!!

Dr. Torrado is the best... i don't want to say how many years I've been going to her, but it's been a long time. i wouldnt' go to any other dentist

Dr. Torrado and her staff are so great and personable. I tend to be very nervous at dentist appointments - there always seems to be something that needs to get done. And they were able to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I just moved to NYC recently and needed a new dentist without dental insurance. As a small business owner, I was able to purchase her in office membership that acts like insurance for me. Now I am able to come in for cleanings, x-rays, and discounted procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Laura !

I tend to have some pretty bad anxiety when it comes to Dentists, but Dr. Torrado really helped me. She suggested I listen to music while I get my fillings in and even took the time to talk me through EFT tapping to hopefully help a little bit with my nerves. She was very supportive, honest with what needed to be done, and quick to get me in and out. Best Dentist I've ever been to. Such an amazing dentist and she has a beautiful office right on Central Park Ave. Her provides services for mostly all dental treatment and except all ppo insurance plans. I got my Invisalign treatment and I love my veneers she did. I would recommend this place to everyone. Dog friendly as well.

From the people at the front desk to Dr. Laura Torrado and everyone in between, the wonderful caring staff makes "going to the dentist" a pleasant experience.

Dr. Torrado and her staff are extremely professional and gentle. I have had a lot of issues with my teeth over the years and visited many dental offices, none are as clean, aesthetically pleasing, or serene as being a patient at Dr. Laura's office. After my teeth cleaning yesterday, I now have a ten day action plan, and all the tools to set my mouth up for success. I am very grateful for this dentist.
