I wish I hadn’t listened to her. She was wrong about everything and it resulted in me not being able to bring my daughter home. RIP baby Ja’nyah. Don’t trust this doctor at all. Don’t be stupid. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Dr. Laffineuse was the only doctor that truly listened to me when I gave birth to my son in 2017. The hospital refused to induce me at 38 weeks even though I was not feeling my son move as much as I should have. The only way that they would induce me was if Dr. Laffineuse signed off on it. Dr. Laffineuse came to the hospital and actually listened to me and treated me like a human being, like a mother who was worried about her child. She immediately said, if you don't feel him move, its time to come out. I ended up being induced followed by an emergency c-section because the umbilical cord was wrapped twice around my son's neck. Had I not been induced, who knows what could have happened. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Laffineuse's care and kindness. My son is now three and thriving and I am pregnant with my second child and of course treating with Dr. Laffineuse again. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her.

Almost a year ago we went in to see Dr. Laura Laffineuse for our 20 week ultrasound. Our baby was misdiagnosed with bi-lateral multicystic dysplastic kidneys. Dr. Laffineuse proceeded to tell us the diagnosis was 100% fatal, not treatable and to think of when we would like to terminate the pregnancy. On our own my husband and I got a second option from UF 5 days later where we found out her diagnosis was WRONG and that it was in fact hydronephrosis of the kidneys, a very treatable condition. We now have a happy and thriving 7 month old baby boy. I can't even imagine where we would be had we followed her advice. Absolutely horrible! Told several times there was a issue with our son even mentioned abortion to us while we were 8 months pregnant on top of that her attitude was very negative. I’m happy to report we had a beautiful healthy boy when they did the tests on our son after his birth they said he was perfectly healthy I also have a friend who experienced the same thing with her. Everyone in this office is amazing. Perry and Sonia are stars in this office. Not only are they amazing but so are these physicians. Not to mention, I never wait more than 15 mins to get called in. Love this place. I know my baby is so safe under their care. Thank you Florida Perinatal!

I was referred here from my ob/gyn for continuous care during my high risk pregnancy. The service was amazing! I was able to fill out paperwork online and bring them to the office, i didnt have to wait to long to have .the ultrasound. They sent me images to download frombthe ultrasound. The DR gave me my results in her office, she was clear and concise about the goals of the pregnancy, and answered my questions clearly. There are no words to describe this office. Since day one my husband and I have been blessed to have met such amazing doctors, nurses, MA’s and ultrasound techs. There was never a time that our questions went unanswered. Everything was explained to us step by step and we as new parents felts very comfortable here. Being high risk was one of the scariest things, especially when I was told I had developed gestational diabetes, however Dr. Laffineuse, Dr. Edwards and Tracy all made sure that I understand the plan of care and made me feel at ease. They are truly amazing individuals. They guided me in the right directions and every week as I submitted my glucose numbers I always got a call back with a plan of care. When I lost my job and had no insurance I became self pay. The office manager Annette was great in assisting me with my payments and always understood my situation. This place has been a blessing in the sky and being induced next week makes me feel more at ease knowing that I have been closely monitored the entired way by great individuals. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a perinatal specialist. There are no words to describe this office. Since day one my husband and I have been blessed to have met such amazing doctors, nurses, MA’s and ultrasound techs. There was never a time that our questions went unanswered. Everything was explained to us step by step and we as new parents felt very comfortable. Dr Laffineuse is a wonderful doctor. My husband and I really appreciated her guidance, knowledge, and compassion through what was a very difficult and challenging pregnancy. I had never met a doctor who cared so genuinely about her patients. I highly recommend her.

Wow, such a Great office. Everyone is always very helpful and kind here. I have never waited more than 15 minutes I'm the waiting room. Love this place and all the staff!!!
