Dr. Ispas is very busy with many patients at the same time. She runs from one room to the other and comes back for a minute and leaves you with her "online" assistant to gather your information again via screen. Scheduling is bad and waiting is horrible. They put us in a room waiting for her for more than an hour. The appointment took almost 3 hours, and most of it is just waiting. Then we had a follow-up appointment that was saved wrong in their records. I spoke with Ashley at the front desk to cancel, she couldn't find my son's name as a patient at all and then asked for his date of birth to try to find his name. She finally realized that they put the wrong date of birth for him and the wrong appointment. I am glad I called to cancel. However, she was rude and unprofessional, he name is Ashley, and she was yelling at me and talking over me. I am reading other reviews on different websites, seems like a lot of patients have same complaints. I will never go back again to this

This is the worst office experience I have ever had. I had 3 visits with this office, all were terrible to the point I left in tears. They are SO rushed and the doctor does not have time to answer your questions. Half of your appointment you will be talking to a nurse on an iPad with the doctor coming in and out in a rushed manor. It will leave feeling very confused about your allergies and hopeless. I did a skin test here, I will take my results from the skin test to another office so a doctor can explain them to me clearly now.

She is easily the best doctor I have been treated by. It’s one thing when a doctor does their job well, but she goes way further. She sincerely cares for her patients and goes out of her way to make sure that the patient gets the best treatment.

Dr. Laura is thorough. She is knowledgeable on the latest meds and she cares. When you’re with her you know you’re her priority.

Dr. Ispas is focused on patient interactions - the is a plus. Her staff works hard in assisting with everyday pt interactions. I look forward to many years with Dr. Ispas

I'm always amazed by the friendliness, the incredible professionalism and the care I receive in Dr. Ispas office. From Dr.Ispas to the nurses to the administrative staff, they've made the experience of going to an Allergy office a pleasant experience. Getting allergy shots is not enjoyable but the entire staff has made the experience tolerable. I look forward to seeing their staff weekly. Dr. Ispas and her staff are very attentive.

Dr. Ispas is always so pleasant and professional every time we see her. Each staff member treats us with exceptional service. They have played a huge role in helping ym child to get relief and have a normal active life without problems from allergy and asthma flair ups. Thank you Dr. Ispas!

This office has to be the friendliest, helpful doctors office ever.

Dr. Ispas listened attentively to my symptoms and prescribed meds that had me breathing better in just over 24 hours. She noted my other meds for a heart condition and gave me good advice.I was fortunate to get a same day appointment for my sinus infection with severe wheezing. The pharmacy she recommended will deliver if needed. I was carefully advised by the pharmacist on how to take my new meds and my order was filled in less than 15 minutes. Dr. Ispas and her team is attententive. She listens. While professional, she is human and has a great sense of humor which makes her relatable. It goes a long way to showing she actually cares. THANK YOU!

First visit. Staff were personnel and competent. Doctor was thorough and did not rush. She set a plan to identify my Allergy. I feel good about the choice of this doctor.

Very personable staff. Dr Ispas is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions as we tackle lifetime allergy issues. I love her positive “let’s fix it” attitude.

I find the staff to be very friendly and professional. The office is always clean and Dr. Ispas is an excellent doctor and is very thorough with her examination. I like the way she takes her time with you and explain everything to you. I would definitely recommend her if needed.

I was so overwhelmed with the knowledge, wisdom and guidance given to me by Dr Ispas, as I navigate wether to take the booster. Because of severe reactions to the vaccination I needed an expert to take next steps with me. Dr Ispas is so current on her knowledge and well read on the reality we face daily with Covid, immunology and allergies. Dr. Ispas is a very good doctor with excellent bedside manners. She is truly a hardworking woman along with all her staff (that feels like more like family unit working in concert together) that give 100% to their patients. I would recommend her to anyone suffering with allergies and associates conditions she treats.

Dr Ispas and her staff deserve 5 stars for proving excellent care. They are very committed to finding the best solutions for your health. I highly recommend them!

Doctor Ispas and the nurse Kathy are awesome!

Dr Laura Ispas is a genuine person, whose well-rounded approach to wellness and personal care is simply unexampled in today's rather commercial healthcare industry. Beyond her empathetic approach to wellness, from a professional perspective, she truly does an outstanding job by being thoroughly efficient and organised. In addition, she has managed, though I am not surprised in the least, to hire some amazing staff, Noraya, Jennifer, Hailey, and others. In less than 30 minutes, Dr Ispas and her wonderful staff took great care of my wife and treated us with utmost respect. I must add that Dr Ipsas truly listens to you and tries to understand the root cause of your allergy before prescribing advice or medicine, unlike some others who just are too quick to figure your problems out. I’m a complicated patient with a lot of symptoms that have been bothering me for a long time. I’ve been to countless doctors over the last 12 years and was immediately dismissed for my symptoms being all in my head since I was so young at the time. This is the first doctor that I’ve seen in the US that actually listened to me and shared my concern! Not only did she listen, but she has put together a comprehensive plan for going forward. Dr. Laura is a kind, caring and compassionate doctor. She’s determined to get to the bottom of your immune problems and wants only the best treatment for your health issues. I absolutely have complete faith in her. She’s a wonderful person and doctor.

Dr. Ispas is the most caring Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She really listens to her patients and isn't quick to prescribe things without first having a complete picture of your health and how medications can affect you. Very compassionate woman. I sleep a lot better at night knowing Dr. Ispas is in my corner.

On the second appointment I had an allergic environment test. I was left in the room half dressed for 40 minutes and was only checked on twice. I understand this takes time, as the test is supposed to but it took long enough that I had to walk out of the appointment room and ask a nurse why it was taking so long. Additionally, I called to retrieve my test results and the phone was answered with a hello, making me have to confirm who I was calling. I did not receive my test results, even though I have called twice and will have to call a third time. I understand a busy office but I think there should be more notification of you are stuck in an exam room for an extended period of time with uncomfortable allergens on your back and I definitely should not have to call more than once for test results. Yet another amazing experience with the most involved doctor I’ve had the pleasure to meet. She really wants to help me figure this out and is going above and beyond what any of the dozens of other doctors that I’ve seen in the past two years. Thanks for caring but most of all for trying to find answers for me.

Dr. Ispas has been taking care of my family for the past 2 years. She pays very close attention to our issues and is very pro-active about addressing them. Her staff are always helpful and caring.

Dr. Ispas is an amazing doctor!!! I have never had someone that cares so much. Since I've moved to Virginia I've had some of the most horrible healthcare I have ever received. Dr. Ispas has assured me she wont give up in trying to help me with my symptoms and to try and find a resolution, she has worked harder for me then any other doctor I've had. I feel so blessed to have found her, and if you want a doctor that works hard, cares about you as a patient as well as a person, is kind and caring, and makes you feel welcome everytime you step in her office then you need to make an appointment here. Wish I could leave a higher than 5 star review. Dr. Ispas is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She takes your concerns very seriously. In addition, she is by far the kindest doctor I have ever met (incredibly rare to find these days). She treats her patients like they are family and is very passionate about helping her patients. I highly recommed Dr. Ispas with any allergy/asthma concerns.

All staff here had a great attitude and my appointment was right on time. Dr. Ispas is extremely caring and knowledgeable in her field. I was particularly impressed with the time she took to teach about carrying an epipen because this would be a new experience for me.

Nice but deceptive dr. Puts you on so many medications half of which is unnecessary. Went for a second opinion and the other doctor said I should not even tak some of the medication together !!!

Dr. Ispas-Ponas is one of the most competent doctors I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I had reached a dead end with my other allergist. He couldn't figure out what was making me have an anaphylactic reaction. I switched to Dr. Ispas-Ponas and she did a fantastic job pinpointing exactly what was causing my reaction. She's also a wonderfully caring person. You really feel her sincere interest in your health when you visit. I highly recommend her and her entire staff - all fantastic!
