Reception staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor reviewed my medical records, discussed options for treatment, answered my questions and provided clear follow-up information.

Always a pleasant and friendly environment. Dr. Fitzpatrick always takes the time to discuss concerns and diagnosis in a caring manner. I would highly recommend the practice.

There is never much of a wait to see the doctor. The office runs quite efficiently. Dr Fitzpatrick has been my endocrinologist for at least 10 years. She has a great manner and listens to my concerns. I wouldn’t go to anyone else

I've had a very positive experience as a patient of Dr. Fitpatrick's. She is thorough and takes the time needed to explain whatever tests need to be done and the various medical options. I have never felt rushed or ignored. She also has a calm and professional manner which I appreciate.

Horrible experience with Dr. Fitzpatrick! She walked in the office and before even speaking to me about why I was there or asking me a single symptom said my previous test results could mean anything… after pushing further and telling her my GP wanted an ultrasound done, she actually chuckled and said, “I could if I wanted to but I needed to ask myself why.” She was completely dismissive and had zero interest in getting to the cause of problems! I have only been a patient of Dr Fitzpatrick for a couple of years and I'd like to say she is through , helpful and not alarming when she finds something concerning . She handles everything in calm and knowledgeable manor and sorts out the issue then explains it and has time for questions too. I don't have another Dr. I feel so confident about or who cares more. Stay away if you have Hashimotos. She didn’t tell me I had for a year. Until my thyroid was a mess. She does not look you in the eyes when she talks to you. Your just another number. And her partner there is even worse. He thinks he’s right about everything. No compassion from either one. They never ordered any test. Just the basic labs I can get from my primary. They just hand you Synthroid, tell you your numbers are in range, collect your money, and come back next year. What a waste. Closed minded. Just your basic doctor with an upgraded title.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fitzpatrick's for over 10 years, seeing her yearly. Recently I called the office with a question and left a message for her with the receptionist. I received a call back a few days later with an answer that didn't make any sense to the question. Once again, I explained my question to the receptionist who said she would send the message over to the doctor. I received a call from receptionist who said "she doesn't know what you're talking about"! I was shocked at this answer. I have never had a provider give an answer to a question like this both personally or professionally. The doctor's response and choice of not calling her long time patient to clarify and discuss is very telling. I don't want a doctor like that and will be sure to let all know. She is rude and unprofessional.

Due to her lack of focus on my urgent medical issue after she gave birth, I suffered needlessly with high blood calcium levels which caused lifelong damage. Take a maternity leave!

Dr. Fitzpatrick has been my endocrinologist for about 5 years. She gave me excellent advice, guidance and proper prescription to control my blood sugar. My A1C has been under control. I trust Dr. Fitzpatrick's judgement and recommendation. I am very pleased being her patient. I understand she will open her own private practice in Doylestown, PA. in early 2017. My wife and I will move along with her.

This was the worst medical experience of my life. Dr Fitzpatrick used me as a Guinea pig. She never explained anything to me. She wanted to show 2 girls in her office what a needle biopsy was like. She was explaining things to them and not to me. She did not use any numbing agent in me. After the first needle I thought I was done. She said no 2 more. I started crying. She asked me why I was crying and that she had never seen anything like that. Before going to Dr Fitzpatrick I felt fine.

She's gentle & thorough & informative!

I finally found an endocrinologist who listens to what I have been saying for years about my condition. She gives me a voice in the decisions reagrding treatment. Its hard finding even an endocrinologist these days, let alone one who's compassionate.

Dr. Fitzpatrick helped me balance my thyroid function, it had been widely erratic. She made 2 simple suggestions in the manner I was taking my pills and my levels have been perfect for the first time in years. She actually listened to my concerns, and was interested in how this has been impacting how I feel.

My endocrinologist recently retired and I was told by one of my friends I should go see Dr. Fitzpatrick. She has a long list of patients waiting to see her, but after she reviewed my labs the office staff got me in much sooner. I found Dr. Fitzpatrick to be very knowledgable, helpful and kind. Her staff were also very courteous- they told me she runs right on time and she did. I am really glad to have established my care there.
