Dr. Allen is very kind and caring. I have always had a fear of doctors until Dr. Allen.

I was all too ready to change medical professionals after many oversights by them. I called Dr. Laura at St. E, she got me in that day, she was very thorough and took a lot of time with me. The next morning her office called with multiple tests to be done. My old Dr's missed an aneurysm in my heart and a large hiatal hernia. From there I have seen St. E heart specialists and had multiple follow-up tests to monitor my condition. When it comes to the human factor, they dont follow through. Any questions, any answers back, prescription help. Expect several trys, long waits on hold, no call backs. This situation has been persistent and disappointing.
