Very condescending. A bully. No compassion. My child cried when we left. Looking for new doctor

He acted very pompous, my daughter absolutely disliked him and begged me not to take her back there. He is condescending and rude.

He is an amazing doctor! We first met him in the PICU of Wolfsons Children’s Hospital. My daughter was in DKA and he explained and made us feel so comfortable. His whole team is amazing!

Dr. Fox & his staff have been absolutely wonderful! When the pediatrician's office dropped the ball & forgot to send labs & test results for the first appointment, he pulled up what he could & formulated a plan of care based on that, then had a nurse call me with a followup. When he had jury duty & had to reschedule, he reached out himself by phone to discuss upcoming tests with me that would occur before my son's next appointment. My son loves that Dr. Fox talks to HIM during his appointment, not just to me & his dad. To say that we're all pleased would be an understatement! Definitely recommend. Took them 2.5 weeks to get blood work result back, despite me calling every other days to ask for it, and got false promise on every call that someone will get back to us in 24 hours which they never did! Worst experience ever, the result back

Dr. Fox explained treatment options for my son so that we could make an informed decision about his treatment plan. We never felt rushed during the appointments are happy with his services.

Our experience with Dr. Fox from day one has been horrible. Unfortunately, since my son is under 16, we have to go to Nemours. Not only is Dr. Fox condesensing, he is combative and has a terrible personality. He feels threatened by patients/parents who are knowledgeable. I dread going to visit him every single time, due the plain unpleasantness. I am waiting for my son to be above 16 so I can pull him out. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Fox to anybody. Avoid him if you can.

My daughter was diagnosed type 1 diabetic at age seven, two years ago since that time on four occasions we have been turned into DCF because of her uncontrollable blood glucose levels. My daughter my wife and myself have been accused of not giving her her insulin changing her insulin ratio for letting her eat without insulin. Her last day at the hospital was for 9 days and under video surveillance without our knowledge were exonerated. Even after all this you still not willing to help my daughte
