I love Dr. Chidgey. He has done thumb suspensionplasty on both hands. It has been 8 years since the first one with the right one being more recent. I fell on the right one and have no hesitation seeing if Dr. G can do anything to repair my thumb. He is a very good person. He helped me in another way that was far beyond his call of duty.

Dr. Chidgey corrected a previous surgery by another ortho. Within a week, my hand regained full function. He is busy but he will stop to answer any questions. I came from out of town. As a busy professional myself, I was thrilled they didn't make me return for multiple visits. Dr. Chidgey and staff were exactly what I was looking for.

I was very impressed with Dr. Chidgey and staff. He is a very busy Dr. so he doesn't spend alot of time chatting with you, but gets to the point, and answers any questions that you asked. He found my problem, and has taken every possible solution, before surgery.

Stated 50/50 surgery chance with 50 being totally resolved and 50 it remaining the same. Actually he crippled my arm/hand during a standard ulnar nerve transposition. Suffered immense paint from two of his botched surgeries and listed to his lies which did not show on surgical notes. Very nice person, but horrible results and the lying is unacceptable! Still in pain, muscles have wasted away and no control over last two digits. Can't sue him because he is protected by the State of Florida and Sovereign Immunity! BE WARNED!
