Dr. Balle and his entire team provided me the best care and best medical experience I've ever had!! Everytime I walked in the door the entire staff was friendly, happy, and focused on providing the best care possible. Dr. Balle never made me feel rushed and always made sure I understood my injury, treatment options, and answered any questions I've had. My son saw Dr. Balle on 5/24 after having an ATV accident back in April. My son had a concussion and was having seizure-like episodes. He had been to numerous ER's. The ER scheduled my son with Dr. Balle in Springdale. He was very professional. Due to the extent of my son's symptoms, Dr. Balle was unable to continue with his care. Dr. Balle made sure he got the testing that was needed and it was done super fast. Dr. Balle also got him into a neurologist very quickly. I would definitely recommend him.
