Dr. Lane N Ertugay

Words can express how Dr. Ertugay has been as a most professional, educated and personal caring doctor I've ever met!! It's a major loss for Swedish !! I'm hoping to follow her as she moves on to her next destination.

However, if an office visit is necessary, it is easily arranged. I am very sorry to see her leave Swedish. She is an exceptional physician and may be difficult to replace.

Dr. Ertugay is an absolute incredible provider. She listens so well, and takes her time to ask specific questions. I have seen Dr. Ertugay for 10 years now, and every visit I have with her is extremely positive. She provides the best care I have ever received. Dr. Ertugay is always making sure I am heathy and we address all health concerns at our visits. She is incredible.

My app't was rescheduled several times. I had nothing that needed immediate evaluation. Dr. Apologized was sick with COVID. Unavoidable! No worries .

Dr. Ertuguy is wonderful. The most difficult part is scheduling an appointment. Nobody seems to answer the phone in a timely manner. This is a problem related to primary care. Scheduling a mammogram is easier. My mother is a patient in oncology and they answer the phone promptly.

Dr. Ertugay is the greatest! She never rushes through an appointment even though I know how busy she is. And she addresses all concerns.

It was a virtual visit. Dr. Ertugay is very confident and knowledgeable. She was very patient, overviewed my chart before the meeting, made the plan to my testing and recovery. Very happy with Dr. Ertugay. Always friendly and kind.

You cannot find a more thorough, kind, and patient doctor for your child. Our kids love Dr. Ertugay and so do we.

I don't understand how this so called 'doctor' can be in practice. My self and my child have had the worst experience of my life. Please do not go see her if you have anything worse than a common cold. I wish we never stepped foot into her office because we are still paying the price.

Dr. Ertugay is thorough, kind, and patient with our young children. She takes time to dialogue with them and we never feel rushed. With four children and several job moves over the years, she is the seventh pediatrician/family doctor we have worked with and I would definitely rate her with the best.

Our whole family has been going to Dr Ertugay for several years. She's very thorough, and I have never felt rushed during an appt. I especially like that she doesn't push prescription drugs on you. We left our previous provider for that reason. I'd rather work with my doctor to change my diet and weight rather than just immediately being given cholesterol medication, and Dr Ertugay has helped me with naturally bringing my cholesterol down.

I'm really disappointed in the way Erutgay treated myself and my family. After seeing her multiple times it was clear that we should trust her or her medical advice. She was caught lying and violating patient confidentiality. Very sad the way she puts patients through the ringer and causes so much unnecessary stress.
