Dr. Chen is a fabulous doctor. So very knowledgeable and empathetic. Gets right to the point. Easy to discuss all the issues. Knows how to help you solve problems caused by your conditions. I have recommended her to family and friends.

I've been a patient of Dr Chen's on and off for many years depending on my inflammatory flare ups. She has always been spot on with a diagnosis and treatment and besides that taking the time to listen to my symptoms and perform physical examines to determine the cause of my issues. In addition, always taking into considerations about my concerns about medications. I have been going to Dr. Chen for osteoarthritis since 2016. She is very knowledgeable about her specialty. She is also concerned about her patients and will go above and beyond to insure they receive the proper care. She's called me on her private time to take care of a situation with CVS Caremark when they were refusing to give me medication for knee injections. I can't say enough good about her. Unfortunately, she's moving out of my area and I have to find another doctor.

First visit was great. Dr. Chen was extremely thorough. She had given me a script to get blood work done prior to the next visit which I did ASAP. At the next visit I was told she had misplaced the blood work but would call me. A week went by & no call. I called & left a voicemail. Another week passed & no call. Another voicemail left. Today I get a call confirming my appointment. I found a new doctor & cancelled. Save your time & money.

Saw her this week for a consult. I received excellent, compassionate care. She not only prescribed a new medication regime, she provided information regarding my condition I've never received in more than 30 years of treatment. I highly recommend her.
