I'm extremely satisfied with results of the six spinal procedures I've had in the last year. I'm 98% improved and I look forward to his continued professional and compassionate care.

As a new patient, my experiences with the reception area have been negative. I visited last week and the young lady with the black and blue hair was VERY RUDE! I called today and the receptionist, once again was extremely curt. You are dealing with people who sick, so there is no need to treat us poorly. I was expecting a call back and I never received one. I can only assume it's because I was honest with the young lady by telling her she was being rude. As a professional office, you must recognize that you are working with sick people. This doctor has no compassion or caring. I was in EXTREME, OFF THE CHART PAIN. We called the office. Talked with a nurse on a Monday. Today is Wednesday. No response!!. Terrible bedside manner. Acts like a robot, not a human being. They have a young lady in the office, Britney. She is rude and disrespectful. No help what-so-ever. Dr Pena’s visit was very pleasant. I didn’t have to wait long at all to see him. Dr Peng was very knowledgeable, offering me multiple options to alleviate my pain. I left his office very pleased.

Maria and Venus were friendly and caring. Dr Peng was very efficient and informative and quickly presented a great plan that he communicated thoroughly then took time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this office and provider.

Absolutely horrible bed side manner, made me feel like a drug addict for asking for help. The girls that work the front desk obviously get their cues from him because they were worse than he was. I have had a better visits to the DMV!! If you like getting treated like garbage go ahead and book an appointment.

I saw him because the other ones were booked too far out. Now I know why he had availability...his bedside manner is extremely poor; worse than any physician I’ve ever seen. He was condescending & made me feel horrible about myself. I was there to help understand the pain I’m in & get answers...not to have someone make me feel like hell about things. I just want answers & to feel better. This guy isn’t the answer if you want to feel good & like you’re on the road to recovery & feeling good again!! Worse. Doctor. Ever.

I have been in great pain since my total knee replacement over 2 years. I have had physical therapy pain management and pain pills for all that time and nothing worked. A visit to Dr. Peng and a suggested procedure and my pain has been reduced to 85 percent. The procedure could last 6 weeks to 6 months. The next would be an ablation (destroying) the nerves that he deadened. I feel after 7 weeks that I will need that done. Dr Peng did something no other professional was able to. Dr. Peng was kind and professional but empathetic to my pain. He is awesome.

Very pleased with the visit. Dr. Peng was well informed and demonstrated his experience with the particular problems. I look forward to working with him.

Grossly incompetent. Every month we have he same issue with Dr. Peng and the people that work with him. When you call them to fill a prescription, they always say it will take the 48 to 72 hours to fill it. This week we called 96 hours in advance and they still haven't filled it. Every other prescription that is sent over electronically to our pharmacy goes through without issue except for these morons.
