Dr is great but her staff is rude and condescending and is in need of service training.

I saw dr. S for the entirety of my childhood and he was fantastic. Recently, I had to get my medical records and his office staff was wonderful! They were fast to respond and got my documents to my new doc right away! Dr. S helped me grow up and saved my brothers life when he was young. I only saw her twice. The second time she told me to stop trying preventative methods for my migraines and just take meds. I specifically asked if there’s anything I need to know about this new medication or any side effects. Her answer was “everyone is different.” Turns out, you can only take it 4x/month. I was having horrible migraines and called her office twice and was told she would call me back. Finally got a call a month later asking how I was doing. I have already been referred to a new neurologist and will not be going back.

I was a new patient. On Oct 30th, 2020, I did a phone consultation with dr. Kulveen and was told she will make an appointment for further testing on Monday and her office will contact me. By Friday Nov 6th, I decided to call to ask why no one connected with me? No answer and I left a message asking them to reply.....no one did. Tuesday, the 9th, I called again...They told me they "did" get the message??.... they didn't even know what I was talking about, then put me on hold...I waited and waited, then my cell phone went dead. I thought they will call me back.............. they didn't. I cannot believe she has good reviews!!!!!!!! Why am I going to a "doctor" that ignores you?????? No reply in 10 days?????? and has yet to hear from her...... what is wrong with that picture? If she was a good doctor, it is no longer the case....bad experiences. I was a new patient. A quality doctor with genuine care for their patient, simply the best.

Dr Sachdeva is amazing. We've been seeing her since 2018 and she is absolutely incredible in listening patiently and providing good guidance and recommendations. Absolutely recommend her.

She is patient, listens intently and has excellent knowledge. Besides is very pleasant in her mannerisms so it does not feel intimidating to ask questions. My Son had a concussion from skiing in Lake Tahoe. She did a full eval and suggested steps to recover. I will go to her again in a heartbeat.

Dr. Sachdeva is a stellar neurologist. Not only is she highly skilled in her field. She keeps up with updates on therapeutic intervention and above all she's patient and kind.

Dr Sachdeva is one of those Doctors that is concerned about her patients, she listens carefully to you and genuinely wants to find not only the problem but the solution to your problem. I have had headaches since I was 12 and she has been the only Doctor that has given me any relief. I would highly recommend her, in fact, I did, to my own wife. She is the only Neurologist I've been to who understands how to treat Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia. For the first time in 10 yrs, I'm on one medication and it works!

Dr. Sachdeva is a wonderful caring professional. She is always very warm and friendly during every visit I have had with her. Her treatments and diagnostic skills are outstanding.

Extremely competent. She is very attentive and listened to me. I truly feel I am in good hands. Trust her judgment and advice. Strongly recommend her.

I waited for 45 minutes and Dr. Sachdeva saw me for only 10 minutes. I was a brand new patient, and was very concerned about the issues that brought me in to see her. She asked me hardly any questions, and was very cavalier about the whole thing. She didn't follow up with me on the results from my MRI, and she put me on a new medication that I've since learned she did not follow the recommended dosage instructions from the manufacturer. I've got a referral to a new Neurologist now.
