I can't say enough. Dr. DiPaola and her staff are professional, genuine and caring people. Not only do they offer professional advice and support but they listen to concerns. I highly recommend going here for your fertility needs!

Dr. Kristen Dipaola is the best fertility specialist I have met so far. Very honest, kind and compassionate. She met me at every visit and explained all my details to me step by step. Her staff is very nice, they made me comfortable to the best of their abilities. I was lucky to be working with Giana. She took her time to explain the results of my tests and next steps and did not hesitate to repeat any information. Unfortunatey my situation was not fixable and Dr. Krystene DiPaola did not waste my time and explained everything to me honestly on my second visit after the detailed exam. So I can make the right decision for myself. They are honest, and really want to help you. I will recommend them to everyone who is looking for an honest and caring fertility specialist. If you don't want to waste your time with wrong doctors and you want to conceive. Let Dr. DiPaola help you and make your dream to become parents come true with their warm care and expertise. Dr.Dipaulo is amazing! I have pcos and I'm overweight, I had been turned away by other fertility clinics or be required to lose obscene amounts of weight.Your Family Fertility is inclusive and very friendly. It took my 2 cycles to get pregnant and we couldn't be happier with the services we have received. I will definitely be going back for future fertility struggles. Dr.Dipaulo is amazing! I had been struggling with infertility for years when I met Dr. DiPaola. I had been attending CNY before Your Family Fertility opened and felt like I was just doing the same thing over and over and hoping the next time would work. When I meet Dr. DiPaola I knew it was different. She went over everything in detail with me and recommended some different things I should try based on what was going on. I’ve never had a doctor I trust more then her. She is so knowledgeable and kind and really helps you to understand your body and what it needs specifically. I can’t express my gratitude enough to her and her team. After three failed transfers at CNY Dr. DiPaola took the time to run some tests and have a procedure I needed and our first transfer with her was successful. I saw Dr. DiPaola at her new practice and while she was very nice and well informed, her office was very disorganized. It was rare that someone answered the phone. I was constantly leaving messages, some that were not returned. There was more than one situation where I was receiving conflicting information between the doctor and the nurses. It created additional stress to an already stressful situation. I changed to Buffalo IVF after 5 months, a much better experience.

Well where to even start! Dr. Dipaola & her entire team at YFF are the best of the best! I was referred to Dr. D by my OBGYN for having some abnormal bloodwork & menopausal symptoms. The minute you enter through the doors, you are ALWAYS greeted with a smile from the receptionist and team, they make you feel like family. The entry way and waiting room are warm and inviting which is what you need when you are going through an emotional and uneasy fertilty journey. From my own personal experience, I was experiencing menopausal symptoms from hot flashes, to irritability. Dr. Dipaola invited us for our first consult into her office, my husband was present and I was diagnosed with primary ovarian failure. Dr D explained everything in great detail from the diagnosis to fertilty options. The same day I had my first ultrasound which confirmed my diagnosis. She explains what she wants to see on the US screen which is a great touch. Dr. D utilizes a direct, knowledgeable approach and wont waste your time. She answers each and every question in great detail ( no question is ever dumb to ask). She explained all options in great detail from IUI success rates to donor egg IVF. She introduced me to the fabulous embryologist Rachel who explained in great detail the IVF , embryo making to the PGTA genetic testing and donor egg process. They use the best donor egg agency out there and they pride on doing the BEST at everything and not taking shortcuts. There goal is to make you parents and I truly second that. Forward to now, I did donor egg IVF and i am now a mother to a beautiful little girl because of the entire team. Nurse Anne is great, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the fertilty world. They allow you to message them on the patient portal which is great! They respond in a timely manner. The entire team there my husband and I owe them everything, they made us become parents and we are forever grateful ???? ❤ Well where to even start! After reviewing my options within the WNY area, I am incredibly happy I chose to visit Dr. Dipaola at YFF. Her and her staff were so welcoming and compassionate. I felt like they truly understood the struggles of infertility and I looked forward to seeing them all during my visits. We are expecting our first child all thanks to Dr. D and her wonderful staff! She is absolutely wonderful! I have had at least 2 known miscarriages and have been trying to have a successful pregnancy for two years now. She was able to diagnose problems before the tests even came back. I found out I had a blood clot problem, and she gave me medication to help that.. along with other things to hopefully help me have a successful pregnancy. If your looking for someone who cares about you, and will do all they can to help you get the results your looking for! She is the right person to use for your fertility journey! Dr. DiPaola always has a very positive & upbeat attitude; which is always reassuring when you’re struggling with infertility. I personally have PCOS and she has been wonderful with navigating me through the best practices for assisting me with getting pregnant. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff is also very nice and have been super helpful with answering any questions I have in a reasonable amount of time. Note to future patients - Please keep in mind these appointments can be very time consuming and short-notice especially if you have an irregular cycle or need multiple ultrasounds but that comes with the territory of trying to get pregnant and prioritizing it. This is pretty much out of the staffs control and you will have to prioritize these over work if you want to be successful in my opinion. Cost: the services I needed thankfully were covered by my insurance carrier. I do not have a deductible plan which is a relief especially with the number of visits you need to make and that can vary I assume based on how many cycles it takes to get pregnant with the diagnostic testing, blood work, ultrasounds, etc. They charged me incorrectly for several visits so I am waiting to be credited back. The office manager didn’t seem to really care that my insurance said I owed less then what I paid and that “they’d figure it out in a couple of weeks” when they get the insurance EOBs even though I sent them a spreadsheet with all the claim numbers and how the claims processed. Then she tried to blame the insurance company for giving them the wrong copay. Not very professional. I recommend this office for your fertility needs. Overall, great practice. Dr. DiPaula is by far the best RE in WNY. She is caring, compassionate, honest, optimistic, and thorough. She’s experienced and stays up to date on the research that is constantly evolving in the fertility world. She takes the time to personalize your plan and keeps you involved in the decision making process. She is not only an unbelievable doctor but she is an amazing human. I do not think I can express the gratitude I have for Dr. DiPaola. As a woman with PCOS; whose been told since she was 17 that she would never conceive a child of her own...I owe this woman everything. Everyone I meet I tell them of her, and tell them if they have ANYONE in their life that struggles with fertility that she is the doctor to go to! Her professionalism, her knowledge, her abilities, her bedside manor, her caring nature are SECOND TO NONE. My husband and I had been in infertility for over a year. I switched OBGYNs and was referred to Dr. DiPaola within a few weeks of switching. She was instantly calming, and reassuring. Even during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC she was able to provide care that was above and beyond. She was accommodating and thoughtful to my crazy schedule as a teacher and then a pandemic teacher. On our second round, after clearing up a lot of issues, and doing some testing we were able to conceive (with timed intercourse and my cocktail of medications!) we didn’t even get to IUI yet with Dr. DiPaola! She is fantastic, an amazing doctor, an amazing person and her staff is just as caring. You will feel welcomed and cared for at Your Family Fertility. Dr DiPaola is the best of the best! She is so kind, compassionate, brilliant, and optimistic but also doesn’t give you false hope. Dr DiPaola truly listens to her patients and has their best interest at heart. We had two losses before I met with her, and she immediately tried to figure out why and how we would be able to have a successful pregnancy moving forward. She was able to diagnose me with PCOS at our first meeting when it had been undiagnosed for years. The staff at Your Family Fertility becomes like a second family while undergoing appointments and treatments. They always welcome you with a smile, and do absolutely everything they can to ensure you have a positive experience. Thanks to Dr DiPaola and the incredible team at Your Family Fertility we now have a healthy baby on the way! We cannot recommend this office and Dr DiPaola enough!! Dr. DiPaola is amazing! She is so caring and truly listens to you. She gives all available options from conservative to aggressive. I’d recommend her for anyone struggling with fertility.

I saw Dr. DiPaola recently to evaluate not getting pregnant. She is so easy to talk to and actually cares.
