At the beginning of June, I made an appointment for 6 weeks out on July 11 at 4 p.m. I received a packet in the mail which confirmed my appointment for that date/time. We arrived 20 minutes early for our appointment only to be informed that we were not on the schedule. The receptionist spoke to the doctor, and then told us we had to reschedule because she already had another patient scheduled for our time slot. We declined. Very unprofessional.
