Before I even went to take my 17 yr old daughter to see Kristina Wilson on 12/2/2021, I asked if they took my insurance and if it was just a $50 copay. I paid my $50 copay and then 1.5 months later started getting bills. Minor surgery for what?! To have someone put on a boot. I had to pay Bregg for the boot and brace they supplied $242 I didn't mind. But then I had to pay $440 and a bill for $318 one for the doctor's visit and putting on the boot, which they coded as minor surgery and the other bill for the facility. NOT only that but on 1-3-2022 for the follow-up Dr. Wilson said my daughter didn't have to be seen anymore. GUESS WHAT?! Since I had such high doctor bills I took my daughter to a different doctor, when my daughter was still having swelling after 2 months and a little pain.. New x-rays shows my poor daughter's foot is still fractured. There is a 2 mm gap. The 2 bones in her ankle have not come together. NOW my daughter is being told she will probably have to have surgery to put a pin in to connect the two bones. Thank you so much Dr. Wilson for costing my family a lot of grief, charging extremely high prices., and negligence. I really think we deserve a refund. OH and it gets better. On our 2nd visit I asked the receptionist if there was anything that I had to pay. The receptionist said no everything is taken care off. BUT when I called my health insurance company to get some info I found out that I should be expecting 2 more bills.$240 for x-ray and $15.19 for reading of x-ray.. Thank you all for lying to me once again. You should not be a doctor.
