Dr. Kristina Marie Collins

Extremely poor surgery quality. After surgery she did not look at pathology or notify me site was infected which exacerbated, poor healing, and scarring. My current surgeon is light years ahead of her in quality of work and doctor -patient communication.

I had had a mastectomy and my surgeon was in surgery. My wound opened up about 3 inches overnight. My husband was a basket case. We calledsDr Gee , only to find out she was at another location. The office ladies talked Dr. Collins into seeing me ASAP because we thought it was infected. She took a culture and started me on abx. The culture grew out nothing. By the time the culture came back I had been on abx. x 4 days so everything was cool. No infection and my husband calmed down. These ladies have it knocked.

Dr. Collins is so helpful! I happened to have a skin issue when Dr. gee was out and Dr. Collins took me under her wing and told me to come in so that she could see what was happening! The whole staff at Austin Skin is so genuine and treat everyone like family!

Dr. Collins took extra time with me to address all of my concerns. Furthermore, she identified a dangerous skin cancer that another dermatologist had dismissed. I would recommend Dr. Collins to anyone who needed or wanted a dermatologist. She is the best, ever!

Her work was sloppy and rushed; poorly established bedside manner. Unprofessional as she had zero follow up with me as a surgical patient. You don't want to be under the knife if it's with this woman.

I would NEVER recommend this surgeon. The scars on my face after she performed mohs surgery are terrible. To add insult to injury, instead of scheduling surgeries on specific days and follow-up visits on specific days, she expects patients for follow-up visits to wait inordinate amounts of time to be fit in when she has time between surgeries. I will not return to Vitology Skin Care after my experience with Dr. Collins.

She did so well last time; I didn't hesitate a bit in asking for her again. She's a pro!
