Very professional, friendly and always timely with appointments. They deal wonderfully with kids and ease the anxiety that comes with dental visits. They also offer text reminders which is fantastic!

Although I think she is very kind. My 7 yr old needed a lot of dental work including 1 extraction and two crowns. By the time she could get him in for surgery, his other two teeth needed extracted too. He got an abscess and needed an oral surgeon. The response from the staff, Sorry she is busy. Seems there should be a way to prioritize so kids aren’t waiting three -four months, and then shrugging shoulders. Never more disappointed.

As positive as could be expected with a terrified 2 year old. Everyone (from the receptionist to the nurse to Dr. Hanyon herself) was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful.
We have been very pleased with Dr. Paoli. My son has been going here for years and is now nearing the age of adulthood. It will be very sad to have to leave them.

I can't say enough about Dr. Paoli and Dr. Hanyon. I was called by my son's school saying he was in terrible mouth pain. I could not get in with his dentist so I called the office of Doctors Paoli & Hanyon. Keep in mind that he wasn't even a patient! The kind receptionist was able to communicate my story to Dr. Paoli and they said to bring him in immediately. Once there, the office was beautiful, professional, and well-run. The doctor was amazing and my son felt so comfortable. In fact, he can't wait to return! I can't say enough about Dr. Paoli and Dr. Hanyon.
