Dr. Bennett was great when she took care of my son.

Dr. Bennett Is one of the best . Very knowledgeable she answered all our questions even a question another provider couldn’t answer. Dr. Bennett is very smart abs knows what she is doing.

As a new patient of Dr. Kristin Bennett,MD. I was extremely pleased at how personable and kind she is. I received a thorough examination which I very much appreciated. Dr.Bennett took the time to ask questions then patiently listened . I could tell she really wanted to know and understand how I was feeling. After my exam she completely explained her findings and treatment. My visit was not rushed which proves to me she cares about her patients and valued my time. Her staff was great as well.

Dr. Bennett was thorough, asked the right questions, explained things clearly, friendly and kind. Her staff was great. I had a couple of questions that came to mind after my appointment. I really liked her. I look forward to seeing her on my return appointment. The only problem for me was - timing. Since it was my first visit, I was asked to be 30 minutes early - I was. My appointment was for 10:10. The board said she was running 15 minutes late - nice to know/no problem. The board changed several times until it said one hour behind, then it was taken down. I wasn’t called back until 11:25. I didn’t have to be anywhere until 1.00 so I made it on time. Dr. Bennett apologized saying she was sorry. She was gracious.

I had a wonderful experience with my first visit. Dr Bennett was awesome, so sorry to have thought that I was seeing a male doctor; my bad! She was super friendly and took care to explain my diagnosis to my understanding. Nurses were super helpful and nice. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The waiting wasn't too bad but if I was allowed to make a small suggestion, it would be to send the paperwork to be filled out at home before your initial appointment! It took awhile for me to complete the paperwork for registration; So many questions! All in all, it was a great experience and the office was well organized all around. I would definitely recommend it to my family, friends and others! Thank you so very much for your service!

First off. I never thought there was an issue until the end. So here. If your vacation are more important then your patients, consider a backup Specialist to fill in for you. Secondly. Obtaining second, third or multiple opinions should never be an issue especially for those more complex cases such as mine. Third. As a pt who has fought cancer in the past and has a family hx of cancers, I’m definitely going to be persistent in my pursuit for a diagnoses or treatment. Time can be very critical when it comes to such a disease. I have been dealing with dry mouth, nose and eyes and requested via email to Dr. Bennett for medication ( such as Nystatin ) to help with salivation as Biotene mouthwash, Xylitol melts, lozenges do not help. She’s refused to reply to my email and very likely has directed her staff to ignore me as well even though these symptoms are within her area of specialty. Again. I have no idea what Dr. Bennett issue is/ was with me. If she feels Im demanding, she as a doctor needs to step back and really listen. I’ve been complaining about my symptoms for a year. Being treated with little importance until I demanded a CT scan that confirmed I have ELN. If it were left to my GP I still would be in the dark. And to be honest, I still am. I have cheek swelling, and still feel the lymph node when I swallow among other ailments that may or may not be related. The doctor gets paid as I the pt continue to stand idle anxiously waiting to be seen by another in hopes of receiving a diagnosis. First off. I never thought there was an issue until the end. She is the best - Knowledgeable, caring, business-like, honest with integrity. I used to live in the Stockton area, but relocated to Bay Area, but I travel 70 miles to see her.

What can you say about perfect. In every way. Her staff . Gosh so so nice. . No other words needed. Take your family there. You will not regret it. Her word is her word. I bet if she could do house calls she do it. She perfect.

Entire office and medical staff very aware of and practicing COVID precautions: text from parking lot upon arrival, wear mask, sanitary wipes and hand cleanser dispensers both in lobby and in medical office, social distancing, etc. I have an ongoing issue which brought me to Dr. Bennett several years ago. She solved the problem on the first visit when I was suffering terribly from horrible vertigo, and has seen me on a regular basis since then to insure that my ear canals are not having issues. She always remembers my details and always shows that any distress that I might suffer matters to her.

Took me about two week to book an appointment here. For multiple reason. The day my referral was pushed through they lost it and said it was never received. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude told me to call the doctor to “get it right” then when my husband went to make the appointment they told him his name was not on the referral. Their office hours are 8-5 but shut their phones off before 4:30. When I actually got an appointment I was 30 minutes early because I knew I needed to do paperwork due to being a new patient. I was the last to be seen after 15 people that arrived after me. When I got called in doctor asked how I knew something was stuck in my daughter nose. When I explained she was snoring her response was “that doesn’t necessarily mean she has something in there” before I could even elaborate. Over all I’m honestly upset that this place is ran the way it is. So unprofessional. If I had a choice I would never go there in the first place. Took me about two week to book an appointment here.
