I've been going to Dr. Townley and her associates for years. Best Dermatologists I have ever had! Couldn't ask for better care. They have handled my small issues through having multiple MOHS procedures. Always excellent care!!

Excellent dermatologist! Dr Townley is a consummate professional who provides amazing medical and cosmetic care. I wish I could provide more than 5 stars.

Be prepared to wait a couple of hours! I have no complaints about the medical care I received. The MOHS surgery was painless and comfortable. The wound is healing up nicely. The problem is that some surgeries take longer than others. You may be in the waiting room a long time while another patient has surgery. That's understandable, but it would have been much safer and more convenient if the staff had given me the option to call me into the office when Dr. Townley was ready. Instead, they never even let me know what was happening until I started asking questions. (I did appreciate a subsequent apology note and coffee gift card.) There's about a 10 -15 minute time frame when the previous surgery is wrapping up and the next patient could travel to the office. I highly recommend Dr. Townley rethink how she treats the waiting process for patients. Be prepared to wait a couple of hours! I have no complaints about the medical care I received. I know my sister recently wrote a review about Dr. Townley, but I found it imperative that I write my own due to my own experiences with her. Every procedure I have had done, big or small, has positively impacted my life and wellbeing. Not only is Dr. Townley the most professional, caring, and knowledgable doctor I have ever seen, she also has one of the best personalities of anyone I know. To say she cares about you would be the understatement of a lifetime. It is for this reason that once a year I travel across multiple states to see her. When it comes to health, I believe in seeking out the best treatment possible and I know Dr. Townley will provide me with that every single time. I was very self conscious about my nose after my jaw surgery, as your nose naturally breaks due to the kind of surgery I had. Kristen listened to my concerns and proceeded to add Dysport to relax the muscle around my nose to make the appearance of it smaller when I smiled. She explained the entire process and made me feel very comfortable, I couldn’t be happier with the services she provided and I would recommend her to anyone looking into MOHS or cosmetic procedures. Dr. Townley has a great bedside manner and personality ! I had to have MOHS to remove two spots of Basal Cell Carcinoma on my face , while I was there she biopsied a third spot which also needed to be removed . After surgery I was upset because so much skin had to be removed and my eyebrows were way off! After the swelling went down and the stitches came out I was very pleased with how little the scars showed and my eyebrows were back to being level . Dr. Townley even texted me the night of the procedure to check in on me , that was greatly appreciated! She does great work and leaves minimal scars after MOHS ! I was referred to Dr. Townley by another physician. I myself have over 40 years experience with the medical profession. Dr. Townley and her nurse were open and friendly, creating a comfortable environment. They clearly explained what was going to happen, the various steps and the expected outcomes. I actually enjoyed the interaction and it was obvious to me that DR. Townley and nurse had the skills to perform the surgery at a proficient level. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Went to Dr Townley on 2/1/2021 for Mohs surgery. 1) Reception and check in were on time and perfect. 2) In to procedure room almost immediately. 3) Nurses double checked info, vials etc and were friendly. 4) Dr Townley was prompt and re-verified info. 5) She explained procedure thoroughly and answered all questions. 6) They all made me feel comfortable and were profession, yet cheerful. 7) Surgery went perfectly fine and NO PAIN. 8) I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Dr Townley and Connie, their skill and knowledge, combined with their bedside manner is a win. I’ve had two procedures there and highly recommend that team. Beautiful job!

I was treated by Dr. Townley for a skin cancer tumor removal on my face. Every step of the way, she explained exactly what was happening. When it was time for stitching me up, Dr. Townley was extremely caring about leaving as little a scar as possible. And she succeeded. It's been 6 weeks and I'm the only one who knows it's there! I really could not have asked for a better doctor.

Dr. Townley has done all of my basal cell carcinoma work and I have been very pleased with her. She is fantastic and I would recommend her without reservation. You can't go wrong with Dr. Townley!

Dr. Townley removed a basil cell from my face. Excellent experience. Great staff, super micro stitches so the result is invisible. Highly recommend.

As a Navy veteran spending a great deal of time in the sun, I have had several previous Mohs facial procedures at other hospitals. All successful thankfully but my most recent experience with Dr Townley was the best overall. Thank you so much! She is highly recommended!

Dr. Townley performed Mohs surgery on me. I was very satisfied with the experience. I would go back to her if there is a need.

Dr Townley was excellent in her manner and understood my concerns when I had MOHS procedure done on my nose. She was considerate of my feelings, provided post-op treatments,, and was a perfectionist in her treatment . I highly recommend her to anyone requiring MOHS surgery.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with this doctor.

An amazing doctor! Kind, thoughtful and caring. Called me following MOHS surgery to follow up and see how I was feeling, which no other doctor has ever done. Her assistant, Connie, is also wonderful.

I would highly recommend her. I am so thankful

Dr. Townley has been fantastic. She is very attentive to your needs, very patient with you and very easy to talk to and communicate with. If I could select 6 stars, I would!
