Foot is stool tender I’m being easy on it avoiding surgery

First I saw the nurse and gave her the symptoms of my foot pain and when the doctor came in he already knew what the issue was and confirmed it with a quick squeeze of my foot, gave me a shot and metatarsal pad recommendation and done. Quickest diagnosis and treatment I've ever had.

Dr. DiNucci and his staff are the best. The entire team is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My appointment this morning was blazing fast, I was literally in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you for the amazing service!

Dr. DiNucci is the best!! He is understanding, listens to what we say & is very compassionate. His bedside manner is wonderful & he is a very talented surgeon.

I only wish anyone going to see this Dr. now can see the pain I am in after three surgeries with him. My toes hurt me night and day and never stop. It is right that I was told by him that he could fix it? The worst part is when I moved and called he did not care. I wrote him a letter and still no response. Please be aware. If you look at the reviews why should there be any bad reviews and yet there sadly are. No stars would be way more appropriate.

Dr. Kris DiNucci left my foot DEFORMED!! He performed a simple bunionechtomy surgery on me and my toe was pulled in the opposite direction as my foot. Dr. DiNucci said he could fix the toe, so I flew back to AZ for another surgery. The second surgery was worse. Dr. DiNucci over corrected my toe, shaved too much bone and now my foot is DEFORMED!! He basically ignored my emails and requests for help. I am in pain everyday. My foot is deformed. I can’t wear most shoes or ever walk in heels again. Dr. DiNucci came highly recommended by a friend who works in healthcare and said, "Dr. DiNucci is the best!" I wholeheartedly agree. I had a complicated mess of an ankle/leg break, and he did a beautiful reconstruction. I am now back to running with no pain.

Dr. DiNucci and his team are AWESOME!! I had been living with a torn Achilles’ tendon for years and could not find a doctor to help me. When I first met Dr. DiNucci he promised me he could fix my ankle and he kept his promise. The office staff was pleasant. The nurse took the digital pictures for the orthotics. Dr DiNucci was informative and helpful.

Excellent care for years from him and his staff. I am continuing to have a lot of pain and recently called for appointment and was told he no longer sees patients with Medicare and CHAMPVA as secondary. What a disappointment because now I need to find a new doctor. I know it was taking longer than normal to pay but recently updated everything and are paying a lot faster

Overall excellent! Dr. DiNucci was the only doctor out of several who listened to my concerns and diagnosed me properly. He did surgery with superb results that should have been caught by the other doctors almost a year ago! Quick recovery. Doctor had an excellent bedside manner, compassionate, listened to my concerns, put things in everyday terminology for easy understanding and provided me options with outcomes.

Dr. Kris DiNucci and his staff are great. Especially Carol who leads the EPAT therapy!

I went to see Dr. DiNicci for plantar fasciitis. I was in so much pain and could hardly walk. From the moment I walked in the door his staff was very friendly and helpful. By the time I left after that first visit I was in less pain and walking a little better. We set a plan and I would be starting EPAT treatments and getting custom orthotics. I just finished my last treatment and I am walking without a limp and feel amazing!! I would recommend Dr. DiNicci and his staff 100% they are all amazing!! Chris F. Dr. DiNucci and his staff are excellent. They not only diagnosed my daughter's issue and resolved it, they continue to go above and beyond in securing proper orthotics to keep her feet "healthy". We are very happy with our experience.

Everyone in this office has been friendly, professional and very patient with all the questions. They have been informative and responsive to any and all questions. Loved that all options were explained to me and I was able to exhaust alternatives to surgery. Even though surgery ended up being the answer, I was impressed that my needs and goals were constantly what we worked towards. Excellent service from the time walking in the door! I had severe pain in my ankle and numbness in my foot and lower leg, and no feeling in my toes. Upon waking up from surgery, I was able to move my toes and had feeling back in my foot!

Not only did he provide exceptional care and resolve my injury, he provided excellent recommendations for another issue I’d been struggling to get a confident diagnosis on that followed the pathology. Great solution for an ingrown nail that I have been in pain for months.

DR DINUCCI was a miracle worker for long term warts on my right foot. In only three visits, after a unique chemo injection, the warts are virtually gone..! The staff were patient, professional, and kind.

My visit to the doctor went extremely well before COVID started. Payment of my visit however did not go as well... Given some financial challenges during COVID, I called the office to make arrangements for payment that invoice would be paid in full in June which payment was sent... During COVID, apparently my open amount went to Collections and was assessed a $91 collection fee... The collection agency continued to call and harass for payment when I had explained my payment arrangement... They knew nothing about this... Now, there is a collections fee and my credit has been affected over a couple dollars that have already been paid...The account past due and Collection letters continue... I wish I did not go to this doctor and go through what I did... My visit to the doctor went extremely well before COVID started. Payment of my visit however did not go as well... After being a longtime patient having had three foot surgeries, and now being in need of another. Sadly I will not be returning due to the level of incompetency from his billing department. After receiving a very costly bill I called to ask that my secondary insurance be billed because they clearly had not PROPERLY submitted the invoice. The woman on the phone literally started yelling at me and saying she did bill the secondary insurance even though zero money was paid and how dare I question her ability to do her job?! Long story short. Dr. Dinucci is a good Dr. but if you go, you will absolutely get the impression that they are more worried about your insurance and copays rather than you and your well-being. After five years I’ve decided I’m done dealing with the unprofessional yelling woman in the back office. Lots of great Dr’s in Phoenix with professional personnel in their office. Moving on now... Update: There were admitted mistakes by the billing office in regards to how the claim was handled. The secondary insurance information was not added correctly by someone in the office, so yes they did correct the error and added credits that I had with the office to reduce the bill from $86 to $32. The reason I hung up the phone was because the billing person would not let me talk and kept talking over me saying “you are telling me I don’t know how to do my job,” however I never said that. She did! I was merely asking her to tell me how the secondary insurance was submitted, because some times lots of medical offices get it wrong. She did not want to hear my side, just kept elevating her voice and talking over me, that is why I hung up. I was so happy with my experience with Dr DiNucci and his ENTIRE staff. I had major foot reconstruction and I am doing very well. I certainly don’t want to need any further surgery bu I will miss seeing everyone. Thank you for your care.

Life changing. No exaggeration. Several chronic painful foot and ankle problems were painlessly cured by Dr DiNucci. I am walking with a comfort I haven’t felt in years. He and his staff are welcoming, professional and efficient. So happy I found Foot and Ankle Center of Arizona!

He doesn’t deserve 1 star but I would give him 5 rotten tomatoes because this incompetent destroyed my big toe which has lead to development of my health deterioration . Do your homework and see an orthopedic surgeon first!

Results are excellent beyond expectations. The 2nd left toe amputation was brilliant! Dramatically reduced the surgical trauma by a factor of 10, as well as, a recovery period of only 2 weeks versus 10 weeks. PLease call us for the highest of references.

Very unprofessional and rude, snobby office staff; get em in get em out doctor attitude; all about the money; non existent follow up from staff and broken promises on the timing of appointments; long waiting time beyond scheduled appointment time; if you like all of those things then this office is for you...horrible experiences!!

The office is lovely. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Dr Dinucci was personable, intelligent, and wonderful. He diagnosed my issue in no time and resolved what I thought was a cause for major surgery. Thank you for an incredible experience!
